Internal error

Hello everybody,

After I purchased 1600 points in the store with paypal, I was sent back from paypal to the webstore, only to find an internal error message. Paypal has deducted the money from my account, but when I click reload in the dragon age dlc screen, I only see a 0 or --.

Any help on this?

Ahhhh nevermind, there they are. Guess I just kinda freaked out when I didn't see the points after the error. Really though, you should fix that error, I felt pretty screwed for a minute or two.

Aaaand we have another problem. When I tried to buy a DLC I got a could not connect to server message. When I restarted the game I couldn't login because of a system error. Then after a while I could finally log in and I found out that while the dlc WAS NOT bought, the points WERE deducted from my account. Soooo, could I get a refund please?

I can sing a sad song about this with you buddy I also lost about 560 points to this and have been trying and trying to get it resolved since I misposted in another forum here my original post:

Yes I am and I am still an unhappy customer!!

Follwing set of issues:
1. I used to be able to purchase Bioware points through the links on the Social Network (now I cannot)
2. I purchased 560 points months ago to get the DLC for ME 2 with the nice thief lady and the new mission
(I cannot and have never been able to purcahse this DLC even though I did have the points. The browser would default out ot the lockbox page and tell me it couldnt be displayed)
3. Note in point 2. I stated DID have 560 points......these have since VANISHED leaving me an even unhappier customer. (Without giving me anything in return)
4. I have tried e-mailing support and keeping threads going for at least 2 Months. Said thread has vanished even though I was courteous the whole time!!! As to e-mail support?? It exists??? I never got an answer after detailing my problems over two months ago.
5. I like many others current users of this site can no longer purchase points, because as described in point 2 every time I hit a link to fill up my account it defaults out to the lockbox...

Guys I dont know what the problems are...ME 2 is a great game but BIOWARE is loosing a lot of credibility for me, I know you do not support the online shops and such but it is your name on the line. Nobody will say pooh pooh bad EA for choosing that partner...they are going to remember not being able to do things with your game.

And the idea that matching our language for the forums MUST match our ip adress is just asinine. There are people who speak different languages than the country where they live..change the way the site is programmed.. I mean I understand a little bit if paypal wants to match our isp to our address but the points store isnt paypal. If that does turn out ot be the issue I really am done here.

Hoping for a quick resolution.
