Playing as a male Shepard, if I have Tali in the party and ask Bailey about Mouse's crimes during Thane's loyalty mission, Bailey mentions the Shepard VIs and Tali says "That's pretty extreme, Shepard." When the camera cuts back to Shepard he isn't there, it's just a screen of the background. This doesn't happen if Garrus is in my party and says the same thing.
Wondering if this is something only I'm getting or more widespread.

Yeah, I noticed that too. There are other bugs also present in the game, such as Shepard VI, you are supposed to get one after speaking with Mouse, if you choose so, yet you never get one in your Captain quarters. Second case is a Renegade Conrad Verner, even when you selected paragon option in Mass Effect 1. The Third one is "Biotics extremists", even when you saved all the hostages, you get always the info they have been all killed and thus the Exogeni has gone bankrupt and so on. I hope they will fix this, but promises are easier to say than to keep.

Yeah, I got the same thing. It didn't affect the gameplay, but still. Creepy.

Also during Thane's loyalty mission, some of the lines Thane speaks are subtitled "Shepard: ".

Also sometimes (if you speed through dialogue?) when Bailey leaves just before you go to the Interrogation room the camera will go back to where Bailey is standing when Shepard's supposed to be talking.
And sometimes the target's bodyguard will go into a store to get protection money and stay in there for a very long time. Eventually, the krogan will get out and then the target and bodyguard will run to their next point. Eventually, they'll go to their talk with the other krogan and then the mission says you've failed. It plays Kolyat killing the target and it breaking Thane's heart.
Thankfully, you can load a Restart Mission. Still Thane's Loyalty Quest seems to be the most glitched and buggy mission of the game.
At least to me.
