That's an odd problem I must say. Every time I'm rushing with Shepard, all the voices are noticeably slower, not sure if the SFX are though. The problem occured some time ago but I can't say exactly what triggered it.

I had this exact same phenomenon with my 360 copy the other day. I think it's "intentional" (read: either intentional or an unforseen but unfixable side-effect of the rushing code).

It's normal. Due to adrenaline while rushing everything seems a little slower, voices included.

I really can't think of this as "intentional", I mean the voices are really slower. It's almost laughable at first, but a lot less when you hear that all the time...

Zooming in with the sniper as infiltrator has the same effect.

Ah! Now that you mention it, the problem first occured when I made a Soldier... Well I feel a little stupid now, but I still don't like that...
