I've bought Mass Effect 2 over EA download manager, but can't seem to find my cerberus dlc code... any help?

I do not know if this is related but i bought mine through steam i am trying to get Kasumi DLC working. and every time the game tells me that. " It cannot authorize the DLC and that i need to log into the Cerberus network that i purchased it with." that laptop on the right side opens up and iv registered my game on this website with the same account i bought it with.

I am can't seem to find the code to activate my Cerberus DLC account at all, so I'm probably not the best resource for your problem, but I suppose that if you tried to authorizing the Kasumi DLC through your Cerberus account, then you might not get that message. I was just wondering where to find the activation code for Cerberus DLC in a downloaded version of the game, seeing how I can't find mine. Do you remember where you found yours on steam?

EA probably emailed the code to you. If not, you should go to their support site and use the online chat. Explain it to the rep. If you have a valid game they should give you the code straight away. The will check your game key most likely, so have that ready.
