Yeah, hi. Remember me? The loyal customer who has been with you for ages, who's stuck by every game played it at least 1000 times and then some, attempting to ignore the bugs and glitches that plague the dragon age games... But enough is enough. The glitches in DA: Awakenings NEED TO BE FIXED NOW. I'm getting irate every time I play the game due to glitches and bugs that should be fixed

1) The Blackblade armor gloves and boots ARENT EVEN IN THE GAME.  I've literally wasted hours and hours searching every place. I was told from the PC players that the High Dragon at the end is supposed to drop it. Well, it doesn't drop ANYTHING. FIX IT.

2) Disappearing faces. In every play through that I have done, at least 1 or two NPCs have their faces missing. It's weird and annoying.

3) Morrigan glitch???? Ok, I romanced Morrigan and no one else in my original Origins game. I've tried everything I can think of but I can't seem to get this "in search of the dark haired mage...blah blah blah" ending that I've heard about. I got the ring epilogue in Origins but wtf? Come on guys, I worked hard to get my dark haired mage to fall in love with my rogue, at the least let me keep her....

4) My character gets "stuck" in the attack position and can't move his arms or anything. I've tried reloading it but I eventually had to restart the game several times on several different characters because of this. It's awkward and very VERY distracting from the game.

These are just the things I have experienced myself. If there are others that anyone else would like to add, I'd love to hear about it so I can post this here. I have sent ya'll several support issue e-mails about this.. all I got was this:
Thank you for contacting EA Technical Support.

I apologize for any inconvenience. I understand you are having trouble playing your game online.

We will need some more information to help locate the exact issue:-

Prior to this issue beginning, were you able to play online? And was there any change to your online setup? That may shed some light on what is causing this difficulty.

I would also request you to refresh your online connectivity through Xbox Live. The first thing you can do is to powercycle your modem. This is done by unplugging your modem from the power supply and letting it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes and then plugging it back in. During this time, you can reset your Xbox 360's time and date setting to the 11/15/2005 by following the below given steps.

·Press the Xbox Guide button on the controller to enter the Dashboard.
·Sign out of Xbox Live by pressing the X button.
·Select the System blade.
·Select Console Settings and press the A button.
·Select Clock and press the A button.
·Change the date to 11/15/2005 and press the A button to accept.

Combined, these steps may be able to refresh your console's connection to Xbox Live and resolve most, if not all of your connectivity issues.

Another thing you can do is to check the ports for Xbox Live. Connection issues typically are caused by one or more ports being blocked by a firewall, router, or even your Internet Service Provider to help maintain security. These ports are the doorways used to send and receive information between your computer and the server. First, try to bypass your router (if you have one) and see if the game can connect. If it does, then it means that the router itself may be blocking the needed ports for the game. If you are still unable to connect, the ports may be blocked directly by your Internet Service Provider.

The ports for Xbox Live are below. You may have to configure your router/firewall to have the game's ports open in order to connect to the servers properly. If you do not know how to configure your router, you can contact the manufacturer of the router for proper instructions. If you need to contact your ISP regarding these ports, make sure that they are open for both incoming and outgoing directions:

This wasn't even on TOPIC of what I sent the e-mail about!! This has happened several times! Not once did the response to my concern even MENTION what I was talking about!! How can you expect up to keep buying your games and stay loyal, if you can't even half-ass a decent response to me?!?!??!

All that being said......
I don't want to keep having to **** and moan about bugs MONTHS after the game is released. Please, from the bottom of my southern heart and soul, fix this.
Thanks you,

Pyro_Southerner.
