MIranda I take almsot everywhere. She can strip all defences, and combo with my or other squadmates for warpbomb; plus she buffs everybody's HP and damage (but in a way that stacks with ammo powers). Even slam sees use once in a blue moon for a really well timed warp bomb. The fact that she can boths trip shields and be a biotic is especially valuable on my current, adept, playthrough. Its been suggested to me, though, that if I wer smart, Id take Thane instead when fighting collectors, bloodpack, and other non-shield-using enemies. I will probalby try that ou

The ammo power is great! once thats delt with I mostly want him to tank. and boy does he!
JACK
Shockwave - 2

Primal Adept - 4
Squad Warp Ammo - 4
Pull to set up warp bombs; primal adept to amke it happen more often; and squad warp ammo becuase squad ammo powers are FTW. Shockwave I wish I didnt have to take. She's great with my current biotic Shepard - the three of us are tearing up the place.
SAMARA
Throw - 2
Pull - 3 (left at 1 until the final levels)
Sapiens Justicar - 4

Reave is easilly as awesome as people say it is, and she's an alterative to Jack for designated pull-user for warp bombs. Tried Morinth one time with essentially the same build, and was useful, but as fun as dominate is, Reave is better (plus, Samara doesn't try to eat my brain... damn succubus... *grumble*)
JACOB
Squad Incendiary Ammo - 4
Pull Field - 4
Cerberus Veteran - 4
Barrier - 1
Same use as Jack - setup warp bombs and grant ammo power, only worse due to lack of cooldown reduction and annoying tendancy to cast barrier when I want him to be using pull. Used in early game then replaced with Jack as soon as her loyalty mission is complete.
THANE
Heavy Throw - 4 (left at 2 until end of build)
Pull Field - 4 (Left at 1 until after leveling up Drell Assasin
Drell Assasin - 4
Shredder Ammo
Not really sure what I thinka bout him. Strategiclaly I mean. Chracter wise I love him to death, and definnataly would enjoy seeing more of him on missions.
KASUMI
Assasin Strike - 4 (left at 2 until after overload)
Area Overload - 4
Master Thief - 4
Flashbang - 1
I like her character so much I find excuses for her to come along. Area overload is great when I dont have overload of my own (on my sentinel playthrough I maxed Flashbang instead). Shadow Strike is just great fun in general.
Everyone else gets, essentially, whatever build seems like it will be msot helpful in the particular circumstances of completing their loyalty mission, and then never touched again. Thining of putting effort into learning to use Legion well, though, just because it seems liek it would be hillairious to take him places.
