Case: Broadway Com Corp FX-Series FX-SILVER Black / Silver SECC Steel Computer Case which comes with 3 Case Fans, & for it's last Case Fan Port, a COOLER MASTER R4-L2R-20AC-GP 120mm Blue LED Case Fan + Link Depot 12" 3pin UV Power Supply Extension Cable Model POW-UV-12EXT to finish the Case Fan roundup. The extension cord is because it plugs into the Motherboard SYS_FAN Port, then the Case Fan plugs into the extension cord so I don't have to mess with the Motherboard everytime I need to open the Case, especially for routine Air Can Maintenance.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard Revision 1.1.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 925 Deneb 2.8GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor

Heatsink: Cooler Master Intel Core i5 compatible Hyper TX3 Socket 775/1156/AMD 130W 92mm "heatpipe direct contact" CPU Cooler RR-910-HTX3-G1 (I wanted to use the Hyper 212, but it was too big for my new Case, so this one'll have to do.)

Thermal Grease/Paste: ARCTIC COOLING MX-2 Thermal Compound

Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE 100258-1GHDMI Radeon HD 4850 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

PSU: OCZ Fatal1ty OCZ550FTY 550W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Internet Wireless Antenna: D-Link DWA-556 IEEE 802.11n (draft) IEEE 802.11g IEEE 802.11b PCI Express Xtreme Desktop Adapter Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA, WPA2)

DVD-ROM: LITE-ON Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA DVD-ROM Drive Model iHDS118-04 - OEM

Grilled Ventilation Brackets x4: Nexus PCI-300 Extra Ventilation PCI Brackets (To allow Case Fan air to push hot air out of the bottom back slots of the Case so no Hot Air Pockets can ever form here & threaten the Graphics Card.)

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. (From eBay, so it cannot be practically Hyperlinked.)

RAM: Kingston 2GB 240-pin DDR3 DIMM x2. Unbuffered & Non - ECC. (Can't remember exact specs, this is at least close. & this is also eBay, so again, cannot be practically Hyperlinked. DIMMs are snotrags, they're harder to find then SDRAMs. :pinched:)

You mighta noticed in the Pics that the lower rear side Case Fan looks odd. That's the COOLER MASTER one:

Image IPB

It's because I planned it as an Outtake Fan, & this made it have to go in there backwards from how it's LEDs were meant to be displayed. This is a big bummer, but Effectiveness & Practicality 1st, so it had to be so.

This build isn't perfect, but I think it's pretty darn good for it's overall budget coming out to roughly $800ish bucks. :) Now for the post-computer upgrades.

This computer's Windows Experience Index Score ended up as 5.9. Not bad for $800ish bucks. :) Now that I think of it, I wonder if DA:O has a Windows Experience Index Score Rating?

The full Windows Experience Index Score for this computer:

Processor: 7.2

Memory (RAM): 7.5 (I have no idea how i'm getting such a high score with only 4GB of RAM, but i'm not about to complain about it.)

Graphics: 7.3

Gaming Graphics: 7.3

Primary Hard Disk: 5.9 (The weak spot of my Score, but I dunno why. My HDD has 7200RPMs & 32MB Cache, looks spiffy to me.)

It's looking like a successful build! :o

Edit: I figured out how to look up DA:O's Windows Experience Index Score, It's Recommended Score is 5.0.

I can't believe you went into depth so far as to include the type of thermal paste you used. For a quick speed boost to your already bestial box slap some stickers on the sides. The ones that feature flames, skulls or better yet both increase performance by 10%, true fact by the way.

Don't make fun of my 10 year old case.

I had the orginal release Xbox and it didn't ring and I sold it two months ago and bought a refurbed elite. I also modded a 250gb hard drive for the xbox.

As for the breathing room. I need to build a self to elevate the ps3 and the xbox I just don't have the room.

Yes shelves are a good idea. I was told that the ps3 is better left vertical, but if you have it that close to the pc, it will probably get too much heat when it's not on.

MessyPossum: Don't underestimate the importance of the Thermal Grease/Paste. The better the Heat Transfer, the cooler the CPU will stay. Cooler CPUs mean both less heat-based performance-debuffing, & more CPU lifespan. Especially desirable for poor people like me. You don't ever want your computer parts getting too hot.

You want going too indepth? I coulda bored ya'all with my exact Cable-Cable Port plug-in info, like which of my SATA Cables were plugged into which SATA Port on my Motherboard! :P

Fexelea: Many thanks! It was 6ish months of labor & work! ^_^ Maybe longer, my memory sucks.

Celrath: Sweet Monitor! Can't gauge it's Screensize or Resolution though. You might wanna consider getting a Desk for all that stuff. I agree that it's gotta suck trying to avoid stuff overheat with that setup.

37inch 1920×1080 max

I don't have room for a desk but with  monitor/tv that big a couch 6ft away and wireless keyboard and mouse work fine.

How is it only 1920x1080 if it's 37 inches?  I have a 30 inch monitor and my monitor's native resolution is 2560x1600.

Because I'm cheap, and it only cost me around 350 dollars new, also it is mainly a tv.
