I don't see a bug reporting thread so I'll just post this here.
I completed the quest to save Connor in Redcliff by getting the help of the Circle Tower and going into his dream to kick out the demon. However, the character info in the Codex indicates that his mother sacrificed her own life to save him even though she's still alive.

This is a known issue and one of those unfortunate things that seems to have slipped through. At the same time, it's nice to know that people take the time to read the codex
A lot of information in there IMO haha.
This one has definitely been filed and logged. It's a minor issue so there's a bit more focus on people having issues getting the game running, but we still appreciate the feedback nonetheless.
