This whole "omg let's make everything another race" thing is silly. Get over race already! Should we have a white Othello? Or a white Spawn?

If we need black/brown/yellow/red superheroes: make new ones!

I disagree, The only solution is that you should play Spider-man. It would diversify the roll like never before.

I think it is silly (for lack of a stronger word) to be all caught up in stuff like this. I could careless which ethnicity SpiderMan is, he still won't be a superhero. He can never replace IronMan or Capt. America or Batman.

That said, don't people have something better to do then sit around and pick out what skin color some person is and then try to diversify the position that person holds? Racial Profileing anyone?

Egyptians weren't black, and skin color is not race. Caucasoid is likely a better approach to ancient egypt's mixed and interesting races.

Well you could say they were mixed with Roman, Greek, and Persian, but the fact still remains that where I come from skin color is a race.

also, regardless of race, anyone is better than toby maguire. he really butchered that role for 3 full movies. how sad.

Now If this was who would we like to play Spider-man, I think I would have go with Shia Labeouf but is is probably too old now.
