But... Legion does The Robot!

And I could never trust some Cerberus tincan, they're too massmurdery. :/

Well yes, we do, but we also love Legion, and Edi is fine being a ball on a stick handing out questionable advice and luring you away from the ship when it needs you the most, like Mr Myagis evil twin. But we can't give Legion to Cerberus, that's just uncool!

Judging by this forum, the only way for Joker to die in ME3 would be due to coitus induced heart failure.

EDI has a body. She's the Normandy now.

Much like Rommie in the SciFi Series "Andromeda".
There she is the Andromeda Ascendant and she has a synthetic Avatar.

True. Therefore she deserves a new paint  job. Cerberus doesn't have any sense of fashion.

You don't want to be putting her into a body anyways. Have you never seen Virtuosity?

I'd be willing to sell Grunt off to the Batarians for some quick creds to pay for the paint job. I think that Shepard needs his/her own logo to replace that Cerberus one.

Cerberus has turned me into a hackneyed premise, Shepard.

Sure, why not.

Then we can outfit the Normandy with a fighter bay and Apollo and Starbuck can fly fighter missions against the Reapers, and  Bailey could lose an eye in a massive human rebellion against the Geth.

I don't buy this. You just want EDI to have a body cuz you feel sorry for poor lonely Joker! (I do too we should get her a body!)

Yes just think about how much it would change Joker's world if EDI looked like this or something:

Posted Image

Hmm... it looks like she should be saying something here. There should be a caption for this picture.

... I can't think of one.

I understand EDI being Normandy, but her visual interface in ME2 is horrendous... a talking sphere? really? ME1 was riddled with those AVINA type VIs, so why can't EDI also have a similar type of interface? they could have made her look like her voice counterpart

Good point Nightwriter. Poor Joker does seem a bit lonely.

If I was EDI I certainly would take the downgrade of having a body

EDI with a body.....no. There are enough bodies walking around the Normandy as it is.

I actually thought EDI's avatar was kind of cute. I almost think she would become kind of creepy if she was anthromorphized.

Although I'm not against it, compare the EDI image of, let's say, R2D2, who's got even more personality. EDI was pretty pivotal in ME2, but I never really considered "her" a character. If she gets a humanoid body, as well as retain her ball-head image when not in it, and be plot vital, (and have some kind of emotion/machine conflict with the plot/Joker), these would all be very good things.
