If we do come to Earth, I'd be interested to know where we'd land. I predict a few things have happened. Right now, the USA is one of the most powerful countries. Somewhere inbetween the first contact and now, China took over and then USA regained power again, hence all these chinese names we see (Ex. Emily Wong.)

Hmmmmmmmmmm....very good prediction, Although It seems more likely we would land in the USA.

Why? It would just look like Illium with less Asari and more Humans.

They already said we will visit Earth. I will search for the link, but it was stated by those two CEO guys of Bioware.

Message from Earth: Reapers have landed!

Shepard: Where did they touch down?

Earth: New Jersey.

Shepard: Oh thank god. You had me worried there for a second.

Hey! NJ is actually a nice place if you don't drive onto the Turnpike lane closest to the swamp.

I'm kinda hoping ME3 will follow a similar route to DA:O, in which you have to go to each of the homeworlds of potential allies against the Reapers to gain their assistance. That's be a good excuse to visit Earth, Palaven, Thessia, the salarian one, the Quarian homeworld (for the geth), and whichever world the Rachni queen went on.

Firstly, the geth don't live on the planet but actually on space stations for convienience but I still agree to this post fully.

But the Rachni? They're animals. They live only to eat, sleep and mate. They have no sense of reason.

Perhaps the final battle fought on Earth?

Everything but that.

I hate the "final defense: humanity" crap in science-fiction. Bad enough that Shepard is human.....

Shepard should go to earth to get a medal for something. I want a uniform covered in medals, ribbons, and badges. I want Shepard to have more medals than these North Koreans.

Well in ME1 we actually landed on planets that has populations listed in the millions, but they looked the same as unihabited moons.

My guess is we land in a non-descript field somewhere with nobody else around.
