I'm not pre-ordering ME3, that's for sure, even if Liara is confirmed as a squad mate. I will wait and see what others say about the handling of her character and romance.
What about with the Liara DLC or xPac? I think I'll definitely buy that, considering what I hope will be featured in it.
Not sure about ME3 though. I need to find out how well written her character and romance is first.
