Has I was looking around at the forums I have seen several custom shep photos being used. I was wondering how this was being done? Can anyone tell me how to do this, please?

I'm afraid they're simply exploiting the Dragon Age character upload. If you don't own DA, you can't use it like they are. (Right there with ya.
