Stay and continue doing missions.

I think to everyone in the crew, the Reaper threat is real, unlike at the end of ME1, where Shepard had little proof and ended up dying. Leading to the group being disbanded.

Sorry my phone went wrong I meant to say that this is all guess work by me from playing ME1 and ME2 atleast 20 times each. Shepherd - I think if he rejoins the spectures will be tasked with bringing down Cerberus eventhough shepherd knows the reapers are coming. Ashley/Kaiden - I can imagine they will be working on alliance business. Liara - hunting shadow broker. Wrex - uniting the Krogan. Tali - if she ain't exciled she will be on the admiraty board helping deciding whether to go to war or not. Garrus - I can imagine he will end up at C-Sec again or joins the spectures due to him saying he would do that in ME1 and did rejoin C-Sec in ME2. Miranda - I guess she joins the alliance because of leaving Cerberus on the Collector Base. Jacob - probably stays with Cerberus he seems to like it there more than Miranda. Mordin - If he keeps genophage cure data he will work on that if not another clinic elsewhere. Jack - Ramage killing all those who messed with her probably tries to kill miranda. Grunt - Joins Wrex and clan Urdnot. Samara - hurting demon of the night winds. Thane - i can imagine he is on his death bed or near to. Zaed - probably hunting blue suns leader. Kasumi - stealing etc

Shep is a spectre. So he goes back and reports that he killed the station and is keeping the Normandy 2. Council doesn't believe him again. No one goes through the Omega relay and lives and he's no proof that he did either. So, he stomps out. The crew is loyal to him, but jack takes off her shirt and turns it into an eye patch. Arrr, matey, she tells him and he remembers that he's the most powerful pirate around.

Sadly, he's still paragon. So, instead of actually pirating, he decides to build an army. Mordin finishes the genophage cure. Shep uses that to get Wrex to build him the largest army of krogans the universe has ever seen. While wrex is doing that, Shep takes the crew to hunt down the Rachni and elicits her help. He then procedes to recruite every other non-council race. Volus, Elcor, Quarian, Geth, etc.

Then there's a scene where they're all doing group calisthenics, the entire army, on some planet. Two reaper ships arrive and before anyone notices bruce lee, the newest spectre is trying to infiltrate the camp, they crack the planet in half and everyone dies.

Jack tears off into space on the Normandy as she was already there working out how to steel it and go back to pirating. She doesn't know that sheppard's body, entwined with Miri's is caught in the cargo scoop and inadvertantly drags them back to council space where Cerberus impounds the ship and shep/miri. They rebuild them, but with kill switches and all the tech known in the galaxy. Shep and Miri become super adam and eve and begin to pump out super babbies. All perfect, with all the skill, luck and the universes upgrades.

The babbies defeat the reapers only to be shunned by all the surviving cultures. 300 years later after everything has collapsed and started over, they are found by a federation ship. The now grown children rely on one of their members, Kahn...
