I've been looking for awhile now for a guide to add voice overs to new conversations. I know it's very simple to add compuer-generated ones, and the facial vfx. I read the wiki, and followed it exactly. I tried a few things in the toolset, but none of them worked. I found this guide: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/73/index/1730733 but I found it a bit hard to adapt to my purposes. I figure there's gotta be an easier way than downloading three third-party programs. Anyone help me out?

You need to record voices and convert the files to the correct bitrate/format, obviously you are going to need 3rd party programs.

I already have the files. They are the right quality. I just meant in order to apply those to the conversation.

Simple steps:
1) go into your conversation and note the line number (bottom left of the screen). It should be something like 1234567890
2) find the wave file that corresponds to that line and rename it 1234567890_m.wav
3) put all the renamed wav files in a folder and put that folder in your module override directory.
4) close and re-open the toolset, open the conversation.
5) generate VO and FaceFX, re-export the conversation.

*sighs* I see...the wiki said install path. I took that to mean the DA directory in C:/ instead of my docs. Thank you, it's working now.

I had them working until I added a new VO to a part of the conversation, then I get an error FASL not able to allocate;cannot speak the words. Sorta like that. What can be done?
