I listen to many types of music. From classical, to metal, to industrial, to classic rock. There are three types of music I don't care for.



Rap

Country

and I guess one might say Pop

I despise certain rap / hip-hop that sing about nothing except how excessively vain the artists themselves are.

I wish most rap were more like jurassic 5, or tribe called quest; with at least some thought put into their craft instead of selling out to mainstream.

Pretty much everything on MTV and a nice extra lot of stuff that it´s not there.

As genre, the one I despise most is pop: every form of music is comercial, sure; but there is a difference in creating it as a form of art to be comerzialized and a pure product of consumption.

Death Metal mainstream? I still have to listen to a radio or tv broadcasting stuff from Dismember (to just give a name).

And just in case, Slipknot and similar crapp is not even Death Metal.

I hated her to death at first (even more then Justin Bieber), but then I got to thinking after she did an interview........she said she is like eminem, her songs aren't serious, but funny. I can see that.

But "Love is my drug" is good, you might like it.

I don't see the humour at all.  Comparing herself to eminem just makes her sound stupid.  Sorry...she sucks beyond measure.
