Mmm, yes. My husband knows about my Alistair obsession but I kind of haven't "come out" with regards to Anders. I figure he can cope with me having one pixelated boyfriend but two might be too much .

Various pictures of Anders have been adorning my computer desktop since March (I've had a few Ali pics rotated in there) so he knows about both of them. He can't get too mad at me, since he got caught up in some serious Leliana and Zevran squee when he was playing regularly.

I downloaded that mod just to have the armor for him in Awakening. I can't even remember if I ever put it on Leliana.

By the way, I think it's funny that people who live in Anderfels are called 'Anders'. It's like he has biggest fan-club in Thedas! It always makes me laugh when Alistair says that he was raised by very pious dogs from Anderfels, and my PC replies that all Anders are like that.

Just did the opening of Awakenings again and didn't recruit him first off. The dialogue is great! Pity you can't level him up before beating up on the Withered though!

I think it's like with Leliana. If you tell her to go away at first, she will come back with hilarious dialogue with Alistair about Princess Stabbity!

Alistiar already calls her that in his 'tell me about the companions' dialouge. How is it different when he tries to convince you to take her?

Anders line about the spicy shimy had me spray 7Up all over my carpet I just vacummed. Sigurn getting freaked out by that was also epic.

I looove Sigrun. She rocks. And her dialogue with Justice is PRICELESS. She's in the legion of the dead, but she's just sooo kyoot .



I shall have some Anders in Plate pics soon - just getting into my awakenings playthrough. I'm determined to get all the sidequests this time.

I was thinking about this while waiting for the bus this morning (as you do..).  What do we think of the idea that Anders is perhaps not his name but a nickname or name given to him because he's from the Anderfels?

If we knew more about how and why he came to the Circle that would help (do you hear me Bioware! That. Would. Help!)

Just a thought I had...."you may call me Anders" although that means nothing Morrigan says the same thing doesn't she.

Pfft another theory potentially blown out of the water by logic.  And I was just starting to like it too.

I've thought this too!  Everytime I look at the big ol' map and see "Anderfels"

Although you bring up a good point.  Maybe "Anders" is a nickname for Patotieandersafalret.   Hmmmm.
