*Whoops for joy!*

And some super topical art since I'm being a double posting jerk.

I didn't realize other people's parents paid a lot of attention to their kids until I was about 8. It freaked me out that my friends weren't left to their own devices. XD

On topic- Winter Anders

@Miri - Oh my bad. Sry. Thot I had missed something about your hand.

My two didn't like the sling either. I don't think we ever put the oldest down, except to sleep, until he was over 1. The youngest wanted to 'go go go' on her own and did not like being held. Of course, that was a few decades ago.

@Cave, eeeeee, winter came! :o

BTW, speaking of fanfics, criticism and trolls, I'm so happy Mark Twain is dead! B) lol, I loved reading Cooper's stuff when I was 10. I'm sure I won't like it anymore if I try to re-read.

@ Gala I love Twain. But he sure knew how to cut a fellow artist down :).

@ Cave I love that Anders has used leaves for her ears!

@Cave- that is fantastic! Winter Anders!
(ask and ye shall receive, apparently!)
And I have to show off my new art, since you haven't uploaded them to DA yet.  But they are awesome and fantastic and deserve to be seen!
(spoke too soon!)

this one is very mildly nsfw for bare Maggie butt. Nothing more scandalous than that.

@Gala: Mark Twain actually wrote an autobiography that was so openly nasty about people he didn't want it published until he'd been dead 100 years. The first half JUST came out a few months ago. He could really be an acerbic bastard

Yeah, now if anyone will start to troll me, I'll tell them to go to hell, find Mark Twain and tell him how much they suck in trolling :)

@Lupus, Cave, I love these pictures! lol, Maggie has Grey Warden panties! Hilarious!

Maggie's Grey Warden panties are AOA cannon.
So says Nathaniel's facebook.

Oh, and I just remembered.  Mark Twain used to live only a couple blocks away from where I live now.  He wrote for the newspaper in my city before he was really big-time.

@ Gala
Mark Twain was the most awful, most gloriously wonderful person ever.

@ Wedger - Thanks. He knows being adorable is the only thing that's going to save him from Maeve. XD

@Miri - Thanks! Leaves are just too perfect for snow-elf ears.

@Lupus - Of course, Maggie has Grey Warden unders. She probably has the underoos set with matching top. ^_^
Grey Warden panties are a thing which should exist. I'm just saying.

Except on undies?  (I love those pink lampost undies btw - I'm not an Ali fangirl but those are calling to me..)

@Cave: She probably did even in her Circle days. Bribed Godwin* to get them smuggled into the tower for her or something. I'd like to imagine they have a bigger griffin on the butt and she ran around showing it to people. Since she totally would.

Also, are you going to pimp yourself on peopleofthedas or should I?

*In my mind Godwin is like the criminal mastermind all purpose drug dealer/smuggler of the tower. Since really, importing illegal lyrium direct from Orzammar right under the templar's nose is HUGE. With the way both Orzammar and the Chantry keep the lyrium trade under lock and key that's like being an illegal arms merchant on your lunch break from your desk while working as a secretary for the FBI. Getting some booze or outside clothes for people would be nothing compared do that.

@Lupus

Yeah, if you can import illegal lyrium you could probably get whatever sort of panties anyone would ever want. XD

You can if you want. I always feel a little awkward about going "look at this!" with someone else's character in a non-joking way. heh

@ Lupus - laughing too hard - can't breath

I asked my daughter to embroider griffons on panties w/the new sewing machine I just bought her, and I got stunned silence.

@Wedger too funny. I can just IMAGINE how much fun it's going to be embarrassing my kids when they're teenagers. My husband and I have it all planned out.

Oh man, I would KILL for one of those embroidery machines.
Well... maybe not kill. I'd give some harsh glances, though.

And... pimp'd
(And anyone who wants to show around pics of my characters should feel free. Especially if they're the one who, you know, drew the pics. :P )

@Lupus that's right, don't you make corsets? My husband keeps on at me to buy one of those...

Hmm, when I was a kid I could embroider, maybe I should try again. I even have some perfect strings. Very boring strings which just beg: "Embroider us!"

And corsets! Aaah, I so want one, but they cost too much here. Our country is ridiculously expensive. I want to move to a random banana island with free wi-fi :D

Now I'm dreaming of a banana paradise while buried under the snow. :D Oh, and they've set a beautiful fir-tree near Dostoevsky statue. He doesn't look happier though. I wonder, do people of Thedas celebrate Andraste's birthday? It could be fun.

I think they do. In the mage origin Sweeney says he's only allowed to see his children on Andraste Day when they come to visit. I'm guessing that's her birthday (but who knows, it could be the day she was killed).

And yes, I do make corsets.

In theory my city was supposed to get free wifi. They got these hitech 1984esque police cameras that, we were told, will offer wifi to the surrounding areas.
They never turned the wifi on. Too expensive, apparently. But they could, you know, afford the damned cameras. Ugh.

What? Sweeny has children? Aw, he never told me about them, I must replay the origin, I adore that guy! I wonder, how did he find out? I thought, from Wynne's words, that mages were not allowed to know their children. But maybe he was taken to the Tower when he was adult? In the official comic there was a moment when templars brought a grown up mage to the Tower, but he was a blood mage and Greg killed him with his awesomness :)

Anyway, Andraste's day? My wardens will celebrate it! :)

His wife wasn't a mage so she got to keep them. Jowan will tell you how they made him come back to the tower because he's old and the Templars don't trust him to control his magic.

Also: freezy chair!
