@ Miri: glad you are staying dry and safe!
Anders: he didn't do it, but HE WILL! (DAO spoilers, may contain DAII spoiles)

Very nice Sarah! A Child-Bann is really interesting... I can see Anders wasting no time at all to save a drowning kid. Very nice story

@Lupus: Glad that Maggie and Anders finally found a solution (though given how quickly Maggie found one, I kind of doubt that Anders was trying that hard). Given that Ferrenly parted with a family heirloom, he probably remembers at least a little about the incident. Even if he is paranoid and nearly killed Anders (and he's only a bann, too!), at least he showed him that it was possible for people not to care about magic. I wonder why he trusted Anders when he never trusted anybody else. And maybe if his age might also explain his lack of Landsmeet presence.
@Miri: I really love how you set the scene. Her giving him the heirloom really is a win-win situation since people keep trying to kill her for it. It was sweet of her to take him with her after he revealed himself as a mage (and I'll bet that made their later activities a lot more interesting). I wonder if she had been used to near-death experiences given how calmly she reacted to that one.
@Gala: "I mean, he's a bann and everything! You'd think he could hire me or something...but friendship is its own reward."
I love the completely unimpressed Anders that was probably caught saving Ferrenly's life and is so not feeling it was worth it.
So all of our Bann Ferrenly's are completely different, I see. I love how Lupus' and Miri's were awesome while mine was kind of a spaz.

Ahh, I didn't realize I got the top! My phone will not permit an edit, or the adding of pictures. In the words of Sigrun, "fail". Apologies on the no-Anders-top-post!!

@Estral Don't worry, I shall provide! And thanks Sarah - I loved yours too - Anders would definitely jump in to save him and he seemed like a great kid.
Belated TOP yumminess for Estral:

@Cave if you're around - can you link me to PeaCoat Anders or upload him to Dev-Art? Because I have a CRAVING

Sadly, I have joined this party late, as I have only begun Awakening yesterday, and finshed this afternoon.
I will be submitting art, as soon as I mess around with a few things....

Either way, I'm planning to wrap up my current Anders fic by the time DA2 comes out just in case. I may end up with an Anders/Hawke fic at some point... hopefully.
@Tank: I loved that. I saw it in another group and had to add it to the Anders group. I love Anders/Oghren with a playful BFF dynamic, and that Anders gave him the schleets idea.

Now I'm all wibbly at the thought of AOA ending. Although if it's going to go another two months I suppose I can't REALLY complain.

I don't know if it'll go that long, to be honest. The best lead on a job I have is starting in February, so I may try and wrap it up by then. Not sure.
I'm doing Brosca(or Tabris) /Jowan when it's done, I think. And I may do an Aeducan/Loghain when Blue Skies is done.

@Sarah, I love your bann-kid, he's funny
And the whole situation is very realistic.
@Tank, it's just hilarious! )))
@Margaret, welcome to our nest of vice!
Hm, I think Finn said Anders was an apprentice when he'd escaped for the first time? So, maybe it was before his Harrowing? I thought he started his "career" after, but maybe I was wrong.

I messed up cannon and made it his first escape post-harrowing, since I wanted anders to be an adult for my story.
And I can't figure out why they wouldn't tranquil an apprentice that escaped. or worse! Look at what happened to Anerin, after all.

*waggles eyebrows at Lupus* I got around the whole not tranquiling Anders thing
. And what's the job, btw? Are you looking down the length of a career prospect? *shudders*. I'm going to have to go back eventually I know, but the mere thought of it now is enough to make me sick to the stomach. I love teaching, but the thought that I'll have MORE THINGS TO DO when I'm already the least bored person in the history of the universe is a little daunting.
Haven't seen this one for a while, and since I'm in wibbly mood:

@Lupus - made me tear-up. Sniff. Quit pretty and touching. Thank you so for sharing.
@M the E - Welcome!
@Tank - so funny. It makes perfect sense that Anders would come up with the schleets thing.
Hubby got me Fable 3 for X-mas. It doesn't hold a candle to DA:O.

@Wedger,
I happened to be a huge fan of Fable series as well. I reckon each of them have their own strength. The fine details in Fable is actually quite astonishing.
Imagine what Anders would be like in Fable III Universe. Humph...he would probably like Ben.

@Lupus, the news about your new job are great! I hope you will like it and it won't eat all your time
And I like the picture. Though it makes me worry what happened there. I must save AoA to my phone somehow, I've finished my annual dose of classic books and can go back to reading fanfics

Finally fixed my car. Yay! I now know far more than I'd like to about alternators.
Now about those lovely prompts of ya'll's...
@Lupus - I hate when that happens. XD I love the characterization of the Bann as a paranoid recluse.
@Miri - That was super fun! I'm a little in love with your Bann Ferrenly.
@Gala - His expression is just spot on. I adore it.
@Sarah - Kooky young noble for the win!
I've been busy being the worst mechanic in the world, so I just have a picture at the moment. Hopefully I can do something more prompt specific by next Thursday.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@Lupus, That picture makes my stomach twist, which is actually a compliment in this situation considering the source material. Anders' face just kills me.
@Tank, If I could have Anders and Ben in the same game, I'd probably keel over from all the wondrousness.
