Watching the gameplay footage on GI (far too much) you can see the skill buttons when they (briefly) switch to Anders' POV and there is DEFINITELY a JUSTICE button (the scales symbol). So it looks like you have the option to summon Justice in battle. WOOT.

The hair is different, and his EYES are different - but I like that because I think it reflects the change in him if you know what I mean. THE SMIRK IS STILL THERE :).

ETA I just got this in my inbox from Facebook! HELLO HANDSOME!!!

This is fabulous news indeed :wizard:   Was my only worry really...now bring it on.

Yay! In my head, it's Justice and Anders Happy Fun Time Hour! Doot Doot!

@Miri, Anders always has the best quirky additions to battle skills. Isn't that right, boy? *merrow* ^_^

Miri, this is definitely something special only Anders has, because I can't see it here:

@Gala can you post these in the DA2 thread too? Someone there was asking for them and I can't do screen caps on this computer.

NVM Everyone got there before I did :)

Now let me preface this question by saying this is from a completely practical stand point, how the heck does Anders get out of that overcoat? Those rings look solid. -ponders-

@Cave, I think designers ignore clothes usability. In the first game Loghain's cuirass was solid, like he was forged in it, hubby and I were making so many jokes about it.

But in the concept I think I can see some sort of press studs on those straps which go through the rings.

@Gala, I'm just going to go with that. He has those little pop through rivet buttons.

Although I bet if left to his own devices he would find a way to get out of that robe if someone wanted him out. ;D

Thinking about what Hepler said about how it gets harder and harder for him to concentrate on anything else the more the mage/circle situation gets bigger. I'm thinking... I have a few ways of distracting him! It'd be nice if the "romance" actually pushes Justice aside by getting Anders onto a different topic... er... so to speak...

He would totally get out of his clothes even if he looked silly, just sayin'...

@Miri, It would be unjust to not allow him some solace. XD And if there's a better distraction for Anders, I'd like to know what it is... but I don't want anyone to tell him. ^_^

Indeed. Hepler called Justice "Justice" so I wonder if even Justice himself is ok until he gets onto the Chantry business, and only becomes Vengeance then. Mmm. GOD I CANNOT WAIT. Oh, and Greg Ellis replied again. FANGIRL SQUEEE.

I just noticed that. I hope we at least get some time with non-Vengeance Justice.

Squee! I can't believe he's replying. It's so awesome.

Also, I just cut myself on snow (!!!) as I tried to clean off my car... -wants her regular weather back-

Wow! He looks...younger. And his accent is a bit more refined. I wonder if that's a Janders thing.

@Giggles
Squee! Anders in action! With glowy eyes!

@Surely, There's definitely a hit of Justice-ness in that line. Also, I think it might be dealing with pirates that made his accent a bit more refined. ^_^

@Giggles, It's worth the wait. -dances about-
At least you can enjoy the awesome facial expressions!

@Miri, I made the executive decision to just go back inside and hide. My car wouldn't back up out of the driveway, so I'm just going to hunker down and drink hot chocolate.

@Cave, you can just sit inside and watch the Anders video on loop. (it's not what I'm doing.... no. Really it's not!)
