 @Wedger INDEED. I'm in awe of this picture. Not least because I think it's got his body-type down - none of this ridiculously pumped up musculature, the boy is a mage, and he probably doesn't eat enough, poor chook. I just want to take him home, feed and feed him soup and take him roughly on the floor give him kittens.

@Miri, I actually miss the bulky Anders from Awakening. He was so manly and I could fancy what was he doing to be in such awesome shape. And I could make him carry my wardens. Now I have a warrior Hawke who's going to have a funny romance with Anders (because I want to add some humour to the pool of angst) and will totally carry him sometimes. To show off and impress Varric.

Hawke: Check out my muscles!

Hawke: Look, I can pick Blondie!
Anders: No, don't ---
Hawke: Hey, I think my sister is heavier than you. Do you even eat?

Eeee! I'm glad you're doing a warrior playthrough. I decided long ago that Wil probably offers Anders piggy-back rides on a regular basis, just for fun and because his boots are too awesome to get muddy.

And I love Bethany more than is healthy. Even though she's only really around in Act 1 and at the end, I cannot fathom a playthrough without her.

Heh. I think Wil probably tried to matchmake Bethany and Anders for a few minutes after Tranquility.

I'm trying to get his rivalry now. It's so hard, because I don't want to be mean to him, I only disagree when he says extreme things. So I'm getting my evil points really slowly. He-he, btw, Bethany commented on her sister's unhealthy interest in Knight-Captain, she sounded kind of jealous ))) But I can't help it, I love chatting with Cullen too much. He's so adorable and he has The Voice.

TITLE: Ten Years...
RATING: T ZOMG! BAD WORDZZZ!
CHARACTERS: f!Surana (Maeve) and Anders with an appearance by Finn and a mention of Adalida Hawke/Hawkespawn
SUMMARY: Maeve and Anders both need a nap and a time out. Maeve might also need a Valium. Finn will just be taking his tea far away from this.

This was my second attempt, as my first had far too much Finn. He apparently has developed a taste for scenery that matches Maeve's. The can just chew on it all day long together. Om nom nom... -sigh-
The whole thing is just a more violent approach to a tiny little string of comics starring Mae and Finn on the run. They're soooo bad at it. They make Anders cry, big sobbing tears of shame.

Aww, I've been given a soundtrack. And the love theme with words is very beautiful. It's called "Destiny of Love". Reminds me of Anders. Of course, I didn't try other romances, maybe the song is the same for all of them. Of course, if it's so, I will feel bad for Anders. Because he doesn't have his own special music, it's always the "Mages" theme or the "Love Scene" theme. It's like BioWare took everything from him. His cat, his cheerfulness, his earring, his freedom (having a crazy spirit in your head can't be considered as freedom, right?)...

Im on my 4th playthrough now. My first was f!Hawke/Anders, which was so wonderful. Then I did f!Hawke/Fenris, which was pretty sexy and broody. Then I did m!Hawke/Isabela, which imho is super boring... and he sided with the Templars and...he...killed Anders. *cries*. I actually cried, because he was my favorite Hawke so far, but the way everything was going, it wouldn't be in his character to keep him. I was so sad. So, I made him over again, as a mage (he was a warrior) and he's going to side with the mages. I was planning on having him romance Merrill, but...he just met Anders...and he started flirting with him... And Anders told him about Karl. Asked him if it bothered him that he was with a man. Hawke said No. And the smile that Anders gave him.... *melt* Hmmm....I think this might be my favorite playthrough...

I just saw this posted on DA and I'm in love with it...

Ouch, I've just gotten a rivalmance kiss. My Hawke was shocked:
Hawke: Wait, what if I wanted to say no??
Anders: *nom-nom*
Hawke: Ok, epic fail with playing hard to get.
I was also shocked that there was an option to tell Anders to get out. Forever (?). Really? Will he really leave? For how long?

And of course then they went to Hawke's place and did some magic. And then Hawke went downstairs to fetch a sandwich and... there was Sebastian playing with the dog. Hawke was so mad at him: "Do you know what time is it?!" I swear all this has made my evening! Though I still prefer friendly romance. Rival romance makes me feel guilty. Anders was dreaming of my Dinah for 3 years and she was practicing Holy Smite to kill Justice more effectively if he tries to take over completely I actually thought she would chop off his head when he tried to kill Ella. But he calmed down somehow. This was odd. Because if I were Justice, I would've fried her intestines for telling me: "Do as I command!"
Ah, rivalry is interesting, but heartbreaking.
