Soo, not that I frequent the kink meme or anything, but someone has decided to fill a few Anders prompts for a change if people are interested.
I bemoan the sad lack of filled Anders prompts and have yet to fill any myself although I might eventually....

I've filled a few but I've kept them to myself in the hopes that I can fit them into my next story (and because "awkward and rambly" aren't really kinks (that I know of)). I'm going to run off and read the ones that have come up and see if there are any newer ones that I can maybe fill...for practice, you know.

I quite like them because I don't really explore the naughty side of Anders much - the fics I write don't have enough time for smut (if I wrote all the smut I wanted to the stories would be nothing BUT). And I DO think he has a VERY naughty side.
Neria keeps being the aggressor though. I'm wondering if part of the reason he likes her so much is that she's just as naughty as he is

LOL I know exactly what you mean. Brand is fairly depraved and it's been hard for me to keep things respectable in my story. Stupid plot getting in the way of things.
Which is why I fill kink meme prompts and pretend like it's all a part of her rich inner life and that I'll use them later (but probably not, since I can't see myself writing a story that's that smutty).

But, I do think his character would have something of a naughty/kinky side to it, as said, and since Maggie's basically lust on wheels it would be stranger for there not to be smutty times for them. I also get the feeling he would be fairly aggressive, given how brazenly flirtatious he is. I kind of like that dynamic, though, with the two of them. It seems like a good way to keep the overall power balance in their relationship on more equal footing with her being the commanding officer and all.
I do have a few bits that I was going to do as kmeme fills but decided to hold onto in case I wanted to include them later. Some are so over the top I don't know if I'd ever work them into the story without it just being "Yo! Gratuitous Kink Ahead!" Which, if I had space to fill or a short chapter, I might do anyways since, hey, why not?

I LOVE your Anders/Maggie smut. They are such a good pair - who needs flirtatious teasing when you're those two? They want something, they have it. Such a refreshing and fun attitude to sex. I keep wanting to put magic in my Neria/Anders smut - I think it was Wordinista or Pagerunner (I get those two confused on LJ because they're doing AMWT together) who did a great one-shot of Anders and another mage having sex against a pillar in the Amaranthine audience chamber, and they did such a good job of it that I want to do the same, but I never manage to get the magic to gel with the sex in the way I want. So we end up with random paralysis spells.

AMWT, which is sort of the bane of my creative existence (since it's so excellent and is about Exiled Alistair) has that Alistair/Elinora/Anders threesome AU oneshot that came out right when I was writing Brand and Anders' first encounter. My bit was originally longer and involved quite a bit of magic (Anders wanted to make a good impression, of course) but A Midwinter's Illumination made what I had look like something a fourteen year-old would write in her first Harry Potter fanfic. I ended up ditching it and went with something ridiculously basic. Since then, I've fought the urge to go there again because I don't think I can pull it off.
