So I've just started a new playthrough of Awakening, just selected my team and outside we go -

He's holding my mage's hand

Really sweet. I love when something like this is happening, it makes you feel like the characters are living they own lives.Truby-Liz wrote...

But yeah.
My favourite screenshots are where Anders and Marina are staring at each other:

Mmm, I also love when in the begining Anders has default tactics and puts a healing ward on my PC in every battle. Aww, he cares about her so much <3

Anders: If we sneak up these stairs we can lose the others
Marina: <3
(I can't resist adding dialogue it seems)

SF: *ahem* Knock it off, you two. With the staring.
Brand: Why? Aren't I just knocking armor with Alistair?
SF: Technically...*checks conversation history* technically you're married to Alistair.
Brand: Wait, I'm not supposed to be queen!
SF: Sorry. Cameo research necessitated it, princess. So stop staring.

Brand: Aren't you going to tell *him* to stop?
SF: No. I've decided that I rather like it.
Brand: I hate you.
SF: Aw, so cute. You don't know how much worse it could be.

That second pic is perfect. She's all 'sad eyes' at you. If only she knew how much you're torturing her.

Working on Anders' spell and herb notebook for a bit of a laugh, inspired by comments on AMWT. Here's the content page:
ANDERS' NOTE BOOK:
Contents:
1-5: Spell combinations
6-20: Naughty spell combinations
21: Basic Potion Ingredients
22: Hangover cures
23-30: Ogrhen hangover cures
31-32: Runes (yawn)

LOL Love the sheer amount of space dedicated to Naughty spell combinations and Oghren hangover cures.
I can't help but think the inside covers might have various diagrams of how to most efficiently remove the most common type of armor and robes. In case someone needs to be made less armored or robed. You know. In battle.

(now, are "Oghren hangover cures" for Oghren hangovers, or hangovers caused by drinking WITH Oghren?)

Both. I have a feeling that Oghren doesn't get hangovers very often - because he stays drunk.

The very first naughty spell combination was discovered by 17-year old Anders during his glyphs research under the lead of Senior Enchanter Sweeney (who was usually doing his own business and didn't distract young mage from having fun... err, I mean, research, yeah!). Anders found out that the glyph of repulsion combined with the grease spell and the sleep spell causes the templars to turn upside down and to fall asleep in very funny and sometimes embarassing poses with their skirts on their ears.Miri1984 wrote...

He also has one very naughty combo... It's so naughty that it makes me blush when I'm only thinking about it. And I'm not going to write here how to use it in case kids are reading this thread. All I can say is that the combo includes the haste spell, the rejuvenate spell and the telekinetic weapons spell. This is a very evil combination, lucky for Anders the templars don't know he knows it.

You're assuming that these kids would be honest about their ages. I know before I turned eighteen and I wanted to go on a website I had to be an adult for, I lied like hell about my age.Truby-Liz wrote...
I don't think kids can actually get on the forums. I know you need an account to view this page - far too many times the forum's logged me out and I have to go without some squeeage for a few minutes whilst I wrestle with the dratted thing.

Yep, that's exactly why I'm not going to reveal Anders' naughty spells. He will cast them on my arcane-warrior orlesian elf when they're in privateSarah1281 wrote...

My ten-year-old brother's about halfway through the game right now. I don't quite think he's old enough but it's hardly my responsibility to tell him what he can and can't play.Truby-Liz wrote...
XD Yeah, there is that. The games are like 18's though, you'd hope parent's would be sensible enough not to let their kids buy it, though we all know they arent. And you'd also hope the retailers would ID you, they did for me for both DAO and DAA but they don't always. Which sucks but oh well.
