Instead I end of bringing his head over to Origins for an hour or two, just to get the hugging and squeezing and smexing out of my system for a little bit.

We really do need a Hold/Hug Anders mod. It would be sooo nice.

Don't forget to take him out (if you're like me and find Alistair's voice coming out of his face incredibly disconcerting)! I went to play Ron F. Mahariel last night for a few minutes and I had Anderstair, Morribrand and Zevron happening. Poor Leliana just doesn't know WTF is going on at camp anymore.
And last night I actually dream about Anders. We were walking through a train station and I stoppped to ask him a question (or something like that, I'm sure) and Nate was all "Keep moving! We're going to be ambushed!" and I woke up to catbutt before any talking (or anything else) could happen.

It's just on FF, I'm not quite sure what to do with it, first DAO fiction piece I've done, and all. If anyone is interested, it's here:
Caged Freedom
But feel free to be uninterested, too
And, here, have an Anders. Because he's good looking, and I have no pie to offer

I don't know if this would be a good place, or if anyone is interested, so feel free to stop reading at any pointBut I started a little Anders/Surana fic. It originated with a prompt meme of a afternoon together at the tower (pre-blight), and then a meet in Awakening. After I wrote that, the story just had more it wanted to say, so I've continued it. Of course, now I'm wondering if it will ever run out of things it wants to say... o_O
You won't. Ever. It's like some sort of wonderful curse, to be honest.

LOL. This actually happened to me tonight. I finally had time to install the new kiss mod & the new CRS. So I went to check them out... and boy, was camp strange! I'd totally forgot I was testing out toolset mod heads last time I'd played.
We had Anderstair, which was probably the most normal of all, not counting Morrigan. She probably didn't want to come out of her tent, with all the shenigans going on. Wynne & Leliana had been used as trial head mods for other people, and Zev was the elf from Leli's DLC. Even Oghren had an Aeducan head on him. Poor guy. Now he really sounded wrong.
It was a crazy night, but hey, I got a new Anders kiss out of it before I put all their play heads away

I sketched out a little outline, and it keeps getting longer and longer and more scenes keep getting added... and now I'm remembering, Oh! This is why I didn't start doing this before. It's going to be really hard when it comes down to choices like.... gym? or write for an hour? hmmmmmm......

I have my main story, which is AU (technically), and I have Brand's canon story for post-Origins. Then I have the bits in Origins that they share and the bits where they diverge. I also have a rough sketch for a sequel for both Undertow AND the canon story and then something totally separate for Ron.

Such is the power of Anders. I was going to do a quick story, expansion game timeline only, since I was bored with a Jowan story I was writing. I'm like 300,000 words into the postgame now. He's like the devil on my shoulder whispering "add smut here, have them fight with a templar there, hey, don't forget the darkspawn!" and it feel like it will NEVER END.sabreene wrote...

I don't really see it, either. Then again, I'm also thoroughly convinced that Alistair looks like Bhelen (and, more to the point, so does my DN) so...sabreene wrote...

I think it's kind of unfortunate there are so few noses in the game, actually. I don't like any of them much, and if I'm trying to make my femCousland look like me (which I always do, and always fail - of course) she ends up looking like a harridan with a hook nose and eyes that would land her straight into prison.
Someone said Alistair's nose is the same but it sooo isn't. Alistair's far more chunky than Ser Mage, which is as it should be I suppose.
I don't think they have the same noses, either. Actually, I really don't think they look that much alike, although everyone says that they do. I love both of them, but they're completely different to me!

I'm meant to be finishing my Brosca who's intending to marry Alistair to Anora and stay his mistress but then cheat on him with Anders as soon as she gets to Awakening, but I was distracted by Neria again. I realised I hadn't finished Awakenings with a mage before so I'm doing that first...

I think this thread needs some Sean Connery Anders. To reassure us all that he lives to a ripe old age and is happily knitting in front of the fire with a kitty in his lap playing with the wool:
I keep forgetting to mention the knitting. Rather, I keep cutting the parts where I mention the knitting. I had one in which Alistair was going through the wardrobe in the guest room and discovers all the horrible beginners projects that Brand has saved.

Maybe his parents were successful in hiring an apostate to teach their son enough to be able to hide it. Maybe they even used their brains and thought the process out so the apostate wouldn't have caused a chain of events that nearly leads to an entire towns destruction (Damn Isolde... btw, why doesn't Isolde get in trouble for trying to break the chantry's rules deliberately, yet Jowan gets all the punishment although he wasn't the start of the problem)Patriciachr34 wrote...
Anders does not seem to say much about his past. We know he escaped from the tower 7 times, but he never said why he was so unhappy? We know he used to be a devout Andrastian, but what made him lose his faith? We also know (from his Bio) that he entered the tower at about 14. So where was he that he was able to escape the tower's notice for so long? I do believe reading in another post that saying to much would be spoilerish for the character. My hope is that they bring Anders back in either a DLC or the next expansion so we can learn more about him.
