If you defend the Keep, he is killed via cutscene. Apparently he has epilogues where he doesn't die? I've never seen him mentioned in any of mine, even when I save Amaranthine.

He Has Bann Squeegan's voice? Wow, I had no idea. I didn't recognize him probably because he wasn't trying to flirt with my orlesian elven maiden. He was lucky he didn't or he would have probably gotten a jealous lightning from Anders.

OK, so the new DLC....

1. I imported my Awakenings character. I want to import my Anders!

2. Why in the world are there FOUR brontos following us everywhere. Why does he KEEP SUMMONING MORE?? They're getting in the way! No more brontos!

Oh lol, I've finally got from Anders that line about nature's call and death trap and right after that Nate's gotten a level-up. It seemed like Howe'd volunteered to be his bodyguard. )))

Today was Anders' day for me. I've suddenly realized that I didn't have time to play Awakening for months except for a few episodes to take screenshots. It was interesting to observe how Anders was switching his behavior and voice from careless "I'm a 19-year-old and please ignore my wrinkles and the lack of hair on my temples" to "We must save the world and we WILL save the world!" Great character, really.

I really hope he shows up again in some capacity. Since Greg Ellis seems to be a frequent flyer with BW, and he was written by Gaider, (and since you can't order him dead or anything) it seems like it would be less complicated than other characters.

Well, you can order him back with the templars, which would kill him. And he can die if you leave him to defend the keep and don't have all the upgrades. (meep)



But yes. I want MORE ANDERS. I want an Anders DLC, like the Leliana one. His escape or something. That would be fantastic.

Well, I was thinking more along the lines of killing him in game in a "ordered to death" way- like Alistair or Nathaniel. His fate when he gets turned over to the Templars can be handwaved if necessary.

I think his escape would be a ton of fun.

Rylock did say she wanted him dead but she didn't seem to be over the edge like she is if Anders completely escapes justice and Chantry control to boot so it's entirely possible that she calms down/others believe Anders' story.

I'm glad Nathaniel is probably going to make an appearance in DA2. They spent so much effort on the characters in Awakenings that it seems odd they'll just abandon those characters for good. It would be great if we saw all of them again - or at least Anders and Sigrun.

 I think the next patch must block the ability to kill or lose Awakening characters. They are just too awesome to waste them like that. I want them to be immortal like Morrigan and I want to meet them again. And again and again!

 Aww, I love that aging meme!

Miri, I tried a few times to portray him as a boy, but those are only sketches and they look bad. I have troubles with his nose, I can't imagine such nose on a boy's face )))) I need to read something about how facial features are changing with age, or examine my brother's photoalbum, I think.

I discovered this gem last night while playing for dialogue:

PC: Are you implying there are traitors in our midst?
Anders: I'm not implying anything. I'm saying "There are traitors in our midst."

This one line drops you 3 approval points. I 'm going to assume it's because he thinks you're too dense to live.

Anders probably thinks: "Maker's ass! 30 cunning and Master Coercion skill will allow you to convince anyone you're right, and she's just failed to convince Tamra to cooperate! I can't believe I'm working for this woman! How did she survive the Landsmeet last year? Does it mean I  must save the world now? Andraste's knicker-weasels!"
