Jedi, is the team working on any new Women's Tees?  Honestly, I love a lot of the men's tees, but the women's side is rather dry and the shirts seem a little uninspired, though I kind of like the scarlet dragon one.  (and please ask them to steer clear of pink in the future...that is almost highlighter pink to me.)

We are working on more women's tees and we'd love your ideas of things you 'd like to see.

Well, I would love a shirt with the Grey Warden's symbol on it. The guys have a great one, but it would look really shapeless on me. Also, a shirt that focused in on the biotics of ME would be of high interest to me, or even one that incorporated some the pattern on Tali's hood.

I think a good deal of my current problems with the women's tees is that most of the writing/logos/pictures are right there at the breast area, which for a busty person like me just draws the eye there even more than normal. The N7 shirts aren't so bad about it but that may be that they are just high enough to avoid that. I'm not sure if that can be totally avoided.

I would personally really love to see a lady's shirt with the Illusive Man's dying planet on it. I think that would be very pretty.

Failing that, a lady's version of the geth tee would be nice! That one's rather nice looking, but probably wouldn't fit me very well since it's designed for men.

Heh..."i want to be an outspoken nerd like the rest of the guys but I just dont have the testicles to flaunt it so obviously..."

<3 tenny...   (...and just to be clear, i 'get' why you ladies feel that way - though I suppose I'll never truly understand why.)

^ um i may have misinterpreted your post... Are you saying 'i don't have the balls to wear a ME/DAO shirt because I'm afraid I'll look like a nerd?'

that's not why i prefer conservative or smaller logo shirts. with any shirt it shows a bit about you personally and as an example, the I <3 Alister shirt. Now i loveee Alister! but i'm not head-over-heels love Alister. I think the logo is to large and would prefer this.(ah too late)

and i just like simple logos/shirts to do with gaming or not, my style i suppose. I find the DA Griffon Tee really awesome. OT examples of simple use of colour and form: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 (note: not my designs, from websites threadless and redbubble tees)

as for suggestions i cant think of any now. its winter over here. all i can think of is a tali and a N7 campus academy hoody! :crying:

I would really like a tee with the Cousland crest on it.

Or maybe something Garrus related, but not in the vain of the Alistair t-shirt - I find that design to be really childish and not something I would remotely consider buying.

Tenny, on the long sleeves, I wish they'd make some long sleeve shirts and put the logos on the sleeves (I love them when they have the writing going down the sleeves as in writing direction from elbow to shoulder (not around the bicep where you can't read it)). I typically wear more long sleeve shirts anyways, even in the summer.

^it really depends on the font they use if they go across the breast area, the examples i use, work because the lettering is bold. now i know the DA:O and ME font aren't like that so its a bit harder. I say they should keep with nice shapes/logos/symbols instead of text.

As for long sleeves, i might wear them in winter. but golly its so hot down here in the summer i cant wear long sleeves!

^@Damsel of Distress- a tee with the garrus band on the arm? (the 2 arrow and eagle?) with maybe something on the front?

I have a few of the mens tees, but I tend to buy them in smaller sizes
so they have a more appealing fit.  [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/wink.png[/smilie]  I haven't bought any of the ladies tees because either the placement of graphics didn't appeal to me much, or I just didn't like the actual graphics, period.

I don't like shirts with just text... partially because I hate people squinting and leaning towards my chest in an attempt to read my shirt (at least that's what I HOPE they're trying to do... pervs), and partially because a picture's worth a thousand words anyway and tends to be about a million times more awesome looking.

Shirts I WOULD buy:

-Shirts with actual character (or other in-game) art!  The new Normandy men's shirt is a step in the right direction... I love it because it's the full ship that's pictured, and not just a sillhouette or a name.  Yes, I do love Alistair, but I'd rather have a shirt with an actual picture of Alistair than just something with his name on it.  Also clothing with actual images of Thane, Tali, Garrus, Kasumi, Samara... hell, even BLASTO would be pure awesome.  Or like a collage image with ALL of the ME2 teammates (minus Shep) or DA:O party members.  Ooooh, sign me up for like ten each.  :P

-Bring back the old ME1 Paragon/Renegade shirt designs (or perhaps make women's versions of them).

-Shirts featuring XBOX achievement badges, maybe?  I dunno, I think they look really cool, and I'd been kicking around the idea of getting one as a tattoo, haha.  I think the paramour or the insanity badge would be neat shirt graphics... or even any of the individual character achievement badges.

I can't think of anything else right now... and i think I've rambled enough, anyway.

...OH.  One last thing?  No more pink shirts, please.  :pinched:

I have to admit that I hate (character) pictures. Looks to freaky. (It's like wearing a poster.) A logo (N7, Cerberus, Blood Dragon tees - they have no text) is simpler. I sometimes don't like text either, but there's nothing wrong with a nice logo. And text has to be short and... consice.

And if people lean towards you, I would ask for glasses, because usually the text's size is readable - even for a blind fish like me. You really should consider them being perverts. ;)

Oh no, logos are totally fine... I love the N7/Cerberus/Blood dragon ones.  I just mean like the "Enchantment?" and the "I <3 Alistair", etc.  Not a fan.

As for wearing posters, I'm all for it.  I love game art and illustrations and have a tendency to collect all sorts of stuff with my fav characters on them... and if the art is also wearable, that's just a bonus to me.  :P  But I completely understand your point and also enjoy the simplicity of nicely designed logos.
