Bought ME2 on release, the normal edition that is. Was just given a sweet deal for the Collector's Edition, and I must say I'm tempted even though the idea of spending money on the same game once more feels kinda dumb.
What I was thinking of doing was this. A friend of mine is looking for a copy of ME2 for cheap right now. So I figured I could buy the Collector's Edition for myself and sell him my used copy, including the Cerberus Network code from my CE so he could get Cerberus Network just like if he had bought a new game off the shelves.
I've already registered my first copy, and obviously used the CN code months ago. So what I wonder is;
1. Will I be able to redeem my Collector's weapon and armour even though I hand him my Collector's Edition Cerberus Network activation card?
2. Will he be able to register the Collector's Edition without issue, using the CN code and all to get a normal ME2 experience?
Licenses and DLC restrictions?
