Well I sided with Bhelen with my human female mage and it was stated that he ruled fairly and justly helping the lower castes and opening up orzammar. He also had great success with recapturing many lost thaigs. Nobles were angry and he was forced to eventually disband the council and ruled by himself but loved by all. I also chose to destroy the anvil and got the same ending as everyone else who destroyed it, have no idea what siding with Bhelen and choosing to save the anvil entails?
Post your Ending/Epilogue.

Human Noble Warrior. Sacrificed self. Interred at Weisshaupt next to the other Wardens who also made the same sacrifice. Was, apparently, a great hero post-mortem. Fergus was there; presumably he retook control of Highever and rebuilt the castle.
Companions
+ Alistair - As I refused to kill Logain, Alistair abandoned me. I used the boon Anora owed me to spare him. Nobody knew what happened to him, although a man meeting his description and claiming to have once been a Gray Warden was spotted in a tavern, drunk, one night.
+ Morrigan - I refused her ritual despite having romanced her. She abanonded me before the Battle of Denerim. She was last seen heading west through the Frostbacks, apparently with child, although the ritual was not completed.
+ Leliana - Returned to Orlais, after having performed a ballad of the PC's exploits once.
+ Sten - Returned to his homeland. When asked if any of those he had met were worthy, he replied "only one."
+ Oghren - Became a general in Fereldan's army, making him the first Dwarf to achieve such a rank. He had a child whom he named after a great friend he once had (the PC).
+ Logain - Took his duty as a Gray Warden seriously, apparently, and helped rebuild it. Ultimately became a recruiter for some time, although he was forced to end it in Orzammar within a few short years as his advanced age rapidly sped up the taint's progression.
+ Wynne - Became adviser to Queen Anora for a time before leaving and never being heard from again (presumably she died on the road somewhere).
+ Zevran - Returned to Antiva. Became head of the Crows after killings its leadership, although some say he did so only with reluctance and appeared saddened by the responsibility and role he had to henceforth play.
+ Shale - Didn't pick up Shale until after.
+ Dog - Unstated. I like to think he lived out the rest of his days in luxury with Arl Eamon.
World
+ Ruler: Anora ruled. Fair and just, she was, and Fereldan enjoyed much prosperity.
+ The Sacred Urn: Genitivi reported on its finding, but none could reach it due to the High Dragon's continued presence. Many battles were fought, and eventually the High Dragon was driven off, but the damage it caused was so extensive that the urn itself was never recovered. In time it faded into legend once more, and many doubted that it had ever been found.
+ Dwarves: Bhelen became king. He was progressive and did much to improve Orzammar's connections with the surface. The caste system softened, and many good things could be said of his rule. In time, however, he abolished the assembly and became increasingly tyrannical and iron-fisted.
+ The Anvil: The anvil churned out many golems, and for the first time the darkspawn retreated. Several thaigs were reclaimed, although the anvil itself was eventually shut down to Branka's abuse.
+ City Elves: Conditions improved for a time. A food shortage led to rioting, however, and Anora cracked down hard.
+ Dalish Elves: The Dalish earned respect for their part in the final battle against the Darkspawn at Denerim. Tensions eventually began to rise again, however.
+ Mages: (If I recall correctly) The Mage tower was rebuilt and the abominations did not return. Things basically continued as they had before the Blight began.
+ Redcliffe: Arl Eamon recovered and Redcliffe was rebuilt. Eamon's wife eventually had another child, and that child began to exhibit magical affinity. This time, it was turned over the the Circle. But Eamon visits her (him? I don't remember gender) regularly.

(I was really bored, so I put in quite a bit of RP when I wrote this. So sue me
)
(1st ending playthrough:)
Declined Morrigan's offer to save myself in exchange for giving her a baby with the soul of an Old God. Told her that despite everything, I still loved her. She said she still loved me, too...that it was unexpected and not to be...and then left my company for good.
Alistair offered to be the sacrifice to slay the archdemon, but I insisted that it be me...even left him behind with the "gate holders" to ensure that he wouldn't try any last-minute heroics. Then without further ado, I put a sword through the archdemon's noggin as Sten, Leliana, and Wynne witnessed my sacrifice. I was later interred in Weisshaupt Fortress, alongside the four other Grey Wardens who had made the same heroic sacrifice as I did to end their own respective blights. A grand monument was constructed in my memory.
My family's estate, along with our honor, was restored. The properties that once belonged to the villainous Arl Howe were promised to my older brother, Fergus, who in turn decided that, given the circumstances, it was only right to give the land to the Grey Wardens.
*****
Alistair...gladly renounced his claim to the throne, surrendering it to Anora. He remained with the Grey Wardens for a time, making sure every new recruit knew my legacy, and also built a shrine in memory of Duncan (just as Alistair and I had once talked about doing together). He eventually announced that staying with the Wardens "no longer felt right" and then set out on his own, never to return.
Leliana...penned a ballad in my memory, which became immensely popular throughout the land. She would travel and perform concerts for the people for a time...and then one night, after a performance, she quietly vanished and was never seen again.
Morrigan...made good on her promise to disappear after I declined her offer. She was later rumored to have been spotted hiking alone in the mountains, and that she may even have been pregnant. There were widespread tales about how she may have once been my lover, but no one will ever know for sure.
Oghren...sobered up and went on to become a general of the human armies -- the very first dwarf to receive such an honor. When his first son was born, he wept, naming the baby after the past friend who had so dramatically turned his life around...
Shale...declined all rewards and accolades that the royal court offered her for the role she played in ending the Blight. Instead, she set out on her own and disappeared -- and some time later, there were stories of a crazed pidgeon-hunting dwarf woman who lived in the north...
Sten...paid his respects at my funeral, and then quietly left. With his honor restored, he returned to his homeland. When asked how many people of Ferelden were worthy of being compared with the mighty and honorable Qunari, he answered that he only met one...
Wynne...was offered the prestegious position of First Enchanter within the Circle of Magi, which she politely turned down. Instead, she chose to leave the Circle altogether and set out on her own; with her ever-weakening spirit bond, she was determined to explore as much of the world as she could with the time she had left. She was never heard from again.
Zevran...was especially devastated by my loss, thinking we had such a good thing going together (we really didn't...on my end, it was more of an experimental one night stand...but hey, I'm dead. Who am I to argue?) He worked for the royal court for a while to distract himself from his sorrow, but then the Crows came for him. Fed up with being hunted by them, he returned to Antiva and took the fight right to their doorstep. After killing many of their top assassins, the Crows were so impressed that not only did they agree to stop hunting him -- they went so far as to crown him as their new leader. Despite having many bedmates in the years to come, he never truly loved again.
*****
Anora...became queen, held a beautiful funeral in my honor. Under her rule, her people flourished. She ended up ruling alone, though, since she could find no man who could match up to her standards.
Loghain...humiliated at the Landsmeet, handidly defeated in single combat by me, and then executed in disgrace by Alistair. Anora built a shrine in his memory, but to be blunt, no one gave a crap -- Loghain's past heroism was overshadowed by his acts of evil; alas, his daughter is one of the scant few who care to remember him fondly. Rest in Pieces indeed...
*****
REDCLIFFE: Lady Isolde had made the ultimate sacrifice to save her son Conner from demonic possession. Arl Eamon, now completely recovered from his poisoning at the hands of Jowan, encouraged Conner to study with the Circle of Magi, so when the Templars inevitably came for him, Conner went along willingly. When the time came, Conner passed his Harrowing with flying colors, and as the years went by, he proved himself to be a very adept mage. Conner eventually spearheaded new, groundbreaking research into the Fade. As for Arl Eamon, he spent the rest of his days tending to his duties in Redcliffe.
THE DALISH CAMP: The werewolves took up residence in what was once the encampment of the Dalish Elves. For a time, they enjoyed their status as heroes who helped end the Blight, "civilized society" becoming more or less accepting of them. Unfortunately, it was not to last...despite her best efforts, the Lady of the Forest eventually found that she could no longer suppress the werewolves' savage and bestial nature, nor her own for that matter. The residents of local villages were attacked and became infected, and once word got out, the Templars marched on the Dalish camp to exterminate the werewolves. However, once they arrived, they found the camp completely abandoned; the Lady of the Forest and her people had disappeared into the wilds forever.
THE CIRCLE OF MAGI: After I had eliminated the demonic threat, the Circle was put back in order. The Magi and the Templars gained a newfound understanding of one another, and all was well.
ORZAMMAR: After my decision to give the crown to Bhelen, Harrowmont was executed, and the Assembly was forcibly disbanded soon thereafter, leaving Bhelen the sole and undisputed power holder in Orzammar. The new King was called a tyrant by some, a mighty visionary by others. Bhelen was a steadfast leader and oftentimes cruel, but nevertheless he pushed Orzammar into a new age of prosperity, improving relations with the Casteless and the surface world. Meanwhile, efforts to recover the destroyed Anvil of the Void ended in utter disaster, and in turn, Bhelen forbade any future attempts at salvaging the lost relic. Brother Burkel's newly established Chantry gained surprising popularity -- but when Bhelen suddenly put a restriction on their rights, Brother Burkel organized a peaceful protest, only to be killed in a struggle as Bhelen's guards attempted to arrest him. Bhelen insisted that Burkel's death was accidental, but the Divine were nonetheless enraged, and nearly called for an Exalted March upon Orzammar. Dagna finished up her studies within the Circle of Magi, and went on to publish her theories about lyrium vapors and how they relate to the supply of magic; the book gained Dagna great recognition.
THE URN OF SACRED ASHES: The Chantry kept the discovery of the Urn of Sacred Ashes a secret until several months after the Blight was foiled -- Brother Genitivi released a manuscript detailing his experiences in finding Andraste's remains. Several years later, the Chantry finally revealed the exact whereabouts of the Urn to the public, and countless Faithful flocked to the location. With the High Dragon long dead, the people were free to pay their respects to Andraste and partake of the miraculous healing power of her ashes. Perhaps my fears of the Ashes falling into the wrong hands were unfounded -- for the time being, at least...
CITY ELVES: After I had shut down the slave trade that had been victimizing the city elves, life in the Alienage improved for a time. Shianni continued to be an outspoken leader for her people, and eventually became their revered Elder. Unfortunately, a food shortage years later ravaged the Alienage and fostered great resentment toward Queen Anora, and thus the Human/Elven relationship in the city became strained once again.
*****
The Blight has been ended. The Darkspawn have retreated back from whence they came...for now, at least. My story is over...but who knows what adventure awaits heroes of the future?
*****
(Reloaded and Accepted the Ritual:)
I accepted Morrigan's offer, initiating the dark ritual on the eve of battle. Morrigan, Sten, and Wynne watch as I sink my blade into the Archdemon's noggin, his demonic soul being sucked into Morrigan's womb instead of into me, thus saving my life.
The remaining Darkspawn retreat...the day is won, and the Blight is over...and Morrigan, her ritual completed, runs off with my baby. Even though we had ended up forming a real relationship, I respect her wishes and let her go. As painful as it is to see her leave, I will not go after her; she's a smart and resourceful woman, and I have faith that she knows what she's doing. Later on I would feel her great sorrow and regret over leaving me through the ring that she had given me...the same ring that she used to track me down and save my life when Ser Cautherine had apprehended me.
The honor of the Grey Wardens and my family is restored. Anora personally honors me in a grand ceremony, asking if there's any boon she can grant me. I only say that the sacrifices the Grey Wardens make for the people on a constant basis should never be forgotten again. My work is done, but the victory feels so personally hollow to me...my parents, Morrigan, all the brave men and women who followed me into battle and fell...I'd lost so much in this conflict. Even though my family was avenged and their estate restored, I let my brother Fergus have it all. I will never go back home; there are too many bad memories there.
I also do not intend to stay with the Grey Wardens; my vows be damned, I've already gone above and beyond the call of duty for them. They can get along just fine without me; I need to find a new place for myself in this world.
Sten tells me that he plans on returning to his homeland. I ask if I can go with him, and he happily accepts. My ever-faithful Mabari tags along, of course...as does Zevran, who claims that he's doing it for fun, and also to play games with the Crows by making himself hard to find...but I think we all know his real reasons for doing so. As soon as the victory ceremonies are over, the four of us depart Ferelden, perhaps never to return.
Unlike me, Alistair stays with the Grey Wardens...for a time.
Wynne decides to leave the Circle, using the time she has left to travel with Shale to help her find a way to become a dwarf again.
Leliana returns to the resting place of the Urn of Sacred Ashes, helping to oversee the pilgrims visiting it, and to safeguard it from any who wish to abuse its powers.
Oghren decides to stay topside, seeing what life on the surface world has to offer him.
*****
This adventure is over for me, but who knows what may await me in the future?

I'll bite
-Anora queen, Alistair killed Loghain, Alistair underwent the ritual with Morrigan
-Morrigan left with the baby, was last seen heading through the Frostback Mountains, with child
-Not sure what happened to Alistair, I must have forgotten to talk to him after the coronation
-Wynne stayed in the royal court
-Shale went to Orzammar to fight the Darkspawn there
-Leliana went to search for the Urn of Sacred Ashes
-Zevran stayed with my PC and we traveled together for a time
-Sten went back to his homeland
-Forgot what Oghren told me...I think he was thinking of staying in Denerim for a while and wasn't sure about going back to Orzammar
-Circle Tower was rebuilt
-Shianni was made Bann, and then Elder of the Alienage (then there was a revolt due to food shortages and Anora came down on the elves)
-Lanaya became the new Keeper of the Dalish elf camp and mediated relations between the elves and humans
-I sided with Bhelen and destroyed the Anvil, don't remember what the epilogue said exactly but there were some assassinations in his Assembly and he ended up ruling alone.
Of course I have a savegame right before Landsmeet, so I can cycle through all the other possible available endings to me at this point^^

City Elf Female:
-Party drifted to the four winds. MC stayed with Alistair as his royal advisor.
-Traces of Morrigan in the frostback mountains
-Arl Eamon goes back to Redcliffe to rebuild
-A new Circle of Magi opened in Orzammar
-Harrowmount isn't that popular, eventually dies from sickness (or poisoned)
-Dalish Elves live in peace, then form a city south of Ostagar
-Shianni becomes elder of the Denerim Alienage
Pretty short because I more or less skipped through and only really worked up affection with Alistair and Morrigan, and didn't talk to anyone during the coronation because I didn't know you could
I'll have to be more observant next time

Dwarf Noble Male:
-Declared a Living Paragon! This was my pound-the-desk, boo-yah moment in the ending!
-Alistair and Anora marry, it's clear who wears the pants in this relationship (I killed Loghain), Alistair makes public appearances, Anora rules. ("Is he always like this?") Played the Archdemon battle twice to take slightly different ending choices; in one I ended up Alistair's chancellor, in the other I returned to Orzammer. In my chancellor ending I "clash with Anora over affairs of state."
-"I will return to Orzammer" doesn't give me, a living Paragon, the option to straighten Harrowmont out. He refuses my "boon" to give aid from the surface, becomes more isolated. Uses the Anvil initially, but the constant need for golems gives rise to raids on the surface for human and elf souls to create new golems. Dagna writes well-received book on lyrium vapors. Orzammer's first chantry causes problems.
-Other locations get the Happy Ending everyone's talking about. Clearly, it's tough to be a dwarf. My short-sited desire for revenge on Bhelen may have a terrible cost for my people. Maybe my illegitimate son by the noble hunter will sort this out (who did not get a mention in the ending, but my Codex was bugged, so who knows?)
-Shale to deep roads
-Wynne doesn't deign to tell me her plans. Probably because I told her to shut up when she disapproved of my relationship with Morrigan.
-Sten return home
-Oghren to stay on surface with Felsi
-Shale to fight Darkspawn in the Deep Roads
-Lelianna to investigate the deep roads darkspawn, especially Brood Mothers
-Morrigan with child in Frostbacks, pining for me
-Zevran stayed with PC
-Gorim presumably returning to be my second in a restored House Aeducan

Human Noble Warrior - I died
Companions:
-Alistair was unhardened, convinced to rule alongside Anora and was a good King who was well loved, though she believed he gave too much credit to the Wardens, as I recall. ( Likely becuase I executed Mr Loghaine with gusto)
-I romanced Morrigan, but declined her offer and she left before the final battle, was seen with child crossing the Frostback Mountains, rumors persist the child is that of the hero of ferelden.
-I killed Zevran before he had a chance to talk his way out of it.
-Wynne became a royal advisor, one of the first mages to be so in a long long time.
-I left Sten in Lothering
- Leliana became a Guardian of the Urn, (killed dragon, saved Genitivi even though his eyes made me assume he was absolutely evil.)
-Oghren became the first dwarven general of the Ferelden army, and sobered up.
-Shale wandered away, no ones really sure where but it's safe to assume the falling pigeon numbers along the coast points to her location
The World:
-The Sacred Urn: People learned of it and made pilgrimages there.
-Orzammar: Bhelen became king and was a reformer, opening trade with the surface, retaking lost tunnels, and allowing the casteless to improve their position in live by fighting the darkspawn. Eventually he was forced to disband the assembly and ruled alone due to numerous assassination attempts. Was considered a Tyrant by some.
-Mage Circle: They rebuilt, and Dagna the dwarf wrote a treaty on lyrium vapor which made her semifamous.
-The Dalish Elves: Relations between the Dalish and the humans warmed, and some Dalish began to settle in an area put aside for them, somewhere near korcari if i recall correctly.
-City Elves: Alistair apointed an elf as an advisor, which was seen negatively by his court but which improves the treatment of elves in Ferelden.
-Arl Eamon became an advisor to Alistair, and eventually abdicated his own position to his brother Bann Teagen who was loved by the villagers whom he had defended. Connor is free of the demon and eventually studies in Tevinter.
Ending: Ferelden is saved and pretty much worships the PC as their savior, his body is interred in Weishaupt fortress, there are statues built in his honor and a large portion of the ending is Alistairs speech, delivered at the PCs funeral.
A very satisfying ending, left me dying to know who Morrigan really "was" and what she was planning. I feel like I'm leaving some stuff out, but just copied the list over from someone elses post and changed entries to match my ending

Did any leave Flemeth alive? I wonder if you leave her alive and then Morrigan leaves, with or without the child, Flemeth supposedly chases her later down and "eats" her, so to say?

Human Noble Warrior
Companions
+ Alistair - He became king and was a very successful one at that, despite his negative views on himself as a leader. The people loved him and reffered to him as a "Commoner King." He also reffered to me as a brother and said I had a spot with him after my search for Morrigan ended.
+ Morrigan - I did the ritual. She admitted her love for me and took off. I had the ring, so my PC felt her regret and that she missed me. Sources say that they saw a pregnant woman journeying to the Frostback Mountains.
+ Leliana - She hung out as a Bard of the court and compiled an epic of the party's adventures together. This became really popular. She eventually decided to disappear for a bit on her own adventure, as we killed her old 'friend.' (I assume she eventually met up with me, as she said that was her intention at Redcliff before the battle)
+
Oghren - Became a general in Fereldan's army, making him the first
Dwarf to achieve such a rank. He got with that chick from the tavern. He said that he would possibly meet up with Zevran and I at one point to help me hunt down Morrigan.
+ Logain - Alistair 'killed' him, but he was apparently there during the celebration. I guess Alistair has poor aim :innocent: He became a recruiter for the Grey Wardens and was successful at it.
+ Wynne - She accompanied Shale to Tevinter on her quest to become a Dwarf again.
+ Zevran - He decided to follow me around, as 'fun things happened around me.' He also said that I needed someone to watch my back.
+ Shale - She journeyed to Tevinter looking for a way to revert back to a Dwarf.
+ Dog - I assume he came with me.
+ Sten - He reffered to me not only as a Cadan, but his brother. He said that he would not seek me out in battle. (Really touching coming from Sten. He kept reffering to a Quinari invasion on Ferelden though :x) He then ventured back to his home land.
World
+ Anora: She's probably rotting in the dungeon. It didn't say.
+
The Sacred Urn: Genitivi reported on its finding, but none could reach
it due to the High Dragon's continued presence. Many battles were
fought, and eventually the High Dragon was driven off, but the damage
it caused was so extensive that the urn itself was never recovered. In
time it faded into legend once more, and many doubted that it had ever
been found.
+ Dwarves: Bhelen became king. He was progressive and
did much to improve Orzammar's connections with the surface. The caste
system softened, and many good things could be said of his rule. In
time, however, he abolished the assembly and became increasingly
tyrannical and iron-fisted.
+ The Anvil: People tried to make another one. A copy was eventually made, along with a Golem what was tied to a Fade spirit. It went crazy and started killing everyone. The golem was put down and the new Anvil was destroyed. The knowledge of creating another copy was hidden.
+ City Elves: Things greatly improved for the City Elves, as Alistair viewed them as equals. The outspoken City Elf woman became the new spokesperson. The old one became a represenative.
+
Dalish Elves: The Dalish earned respect for their part in the final
battle against the Darkspawn at Denerim. Tensions actually didn't rise. (Maybe because I cured the curse?)
+ Mages: The tower was cleansed and The Circle was repaired. The Dwarven girl published a book on something to do with Lyrium, which garnered praise and attention.
+ Redcliffe: Eamon stayed with Alistair as an advisor. The other guy became the Arle of Redcliffe. The village supported this, as he had protected them during the undead uprising.
+ Grey Wardens - Alistair awarded my brother back our lands, along with Howe's castle. My brother turned it over to the Grey Wardens. Statues were constructed of fallen Wardens so that Fereldan would never again forget the sacrifice of the Grey Wardens.
As for my PC....
I started hunting for Morrigan. It said nothing about how successful I was. I assume this is how the sequel of Dragon Age will begin for my character.

Too many variables to post. Instead I'll give you my PRE-DLC/DA2 "Fantasy" Epilogue for Origins.
Human Mage with a heart of gold finds light in Morrigan and trys to show her what it means to love.
Naturally opposites attract, despite Morrigans claims they grow fond of one another. Neither one of them sacrifice their core beliefs but rather compromise, one out pure compassion, the other out of intrigue.
Both understand what they must do and swallow their pride for one another, the ritual is performed leaving the Warden with more questions than anwsers and Morrigan with a sense of sorrow and happiness she had never experienced.
They part their own ways, the Warden more determined to do right in the World travels in search of more recruits and more answers, always learning but never forgetting the one he loved and hoped to see again one day.
Morrigans fate remains clouded in mystery for now....
