Telling the truth I didn't like Leliana that much at the beginning, coz I'm usually into someone like Morrigan (sarcastic and b!tchy), but after my secon long talking session with Leliana I understood she is the sweetest and compassionate being I ever seen in video games. Seriously, I like everything about her: her looks, manners, chatting, flirting (oh, she is so good at it!) and of course her accent! Her love confession turned me into one constant d'awwww. And she is very helpful in the buttlefield if you know how to use her skills correctly.

I'd say that about sums it up.

Oh, is it me or are most of the fans here female? If so, I find that very strange, not surprised though, the ability to romance her as a female character was given so...

Most are male. There's only a 2 or 3 female regulars.

I don't know if you can ever sum up attraction to another human being with a single attribute, and the party in DA definately feel more human than most NPCs you see in other games. The reason I like the character is because dispite her flaws she tries to be a force of positivity in a very dark world. I think her romance is the best for the simple reason that with Leliana there is no BS, at no point does she feel afraid to love or tries to push the warden away. Affection is given and returned in equal fashion, a lot of people seem to like the idea that if they love someone enough that somehow they'll change and be capable of returning that love and affection that they previously were unable to. Leliana will be the warden's best friend or lover without any drama and that's a major plus in my book.

Most are male. There's only a 2 or 3 female regulars.

Oh well, sorry, Don't mind my inability to notice. Still looked like there's a great deal of female fans around here, especially on the fanfic corners

Can't always go by just that - I'm female, and I romanced Leliana as a male Warden way more times than I did as a female. Then again, I prefer playing male characters most of the time anyway. Most of my Dragon Age fan art and my one brief fiction revolves around Leliana and the doofy mage in my avatar.

Honestly, I know so many girls who planned on romancing Alistair but were smitten with Leli. I am one of them.

I like the horizon conversation because it adds much needed drama to the series.

Yeah I did, but I have hit a nasty game crash on an N7 mission went to a bug report site to get it fixed. I love ME2 and DA but right now in ME2 I miss having real conversations it seems that people have not even a tenth of the dialouge that others in DA have to me.

Also I imported a save with Ashley, just to see what happens when I go with Tali in ME3. I is evil.

nooo, you can't dump ash. She is by far the best option. Tali's cool and all, but having a relationship with her doesn't make any sense at all. Its pure fan service.

Minus the fact that Ashley is so concerned about the GREAT AND PERFECT SYSTEMS ALLIANCE! I liked her but Tali is pretty cool in her own regard epoch_, besides it was Tali or Jack (gag) . Also Garrus and Thane are both fan service as well if Tali counts as it, even though she was originally considered as a LI.



To each their own in the end but Ashley's romance is low down on the Bioware scale for me. Silk Fox, Tali, and Bastilla all the way.

You are aware you can continue the ashley relationship into ME3 right? The horizon conversation wasn't the end of it. But hey, if you don't like her, then that's all there is too it then.

The thing i loved about Dragon Age more than Mass Effect was the party banter and both Leliana and Morrigan, but i love both games regardless thou

And after watching the Leliana's song trailer again... im so thinking of making my first dual wield rogue character now (i always play as a warrior) and having having leliana in my party of cause haha

No my awsome paragon. Sentinel stayed with her, I want to see how it ends. But I didnt get her sorry message for a while so I was already into Tali's romance. I mean how do you tell a girl who has fallen for the hero, and who likes her back ("I dont want anybody else, I want you")? Sorry Ash but maybe, and see yah later dont really cut it for me. If I got the email sooner than yes I would have stayed loyal.



Awsome charachter but not my favourite in ME (Wrex, Grunt, Mordin, Legion, Zaeed, Tali, Samara, and Anderson top my list). I like her more than Miranda, Liara, or Jack but not as much as Tali. Sadly my Paragade got grouchy and thought he ended it on Horizon.

You can totally dump Ash, cause when I first saw her I thought the Alliance had put a horse in pink combat armor. Though switching from ambigously brown girl to Tali Fan'service vas Normandy ain't exactly trading up in my books, but to each his own.

Still playing my first playthrough, and so far Lel has won my character's heart.

At first, I really didn't want to romance her, because I thought she was going to be another Liara (which I have problems with), or Dawn Star (who I hated). So I didn't give her much thought, and tried to avoid romancing her. I wanted to break my pattern of dating the "good" girl. Besides, I was more attracted to Morrigan.

But then Morrigan started getting on my nerves, so I slowly lost interest. By that point, I learned God girl was a spy, and someone that used and slept with people to avoid conflicts. I then learned she had a lesbian relationship, and was used, betrayed, tortured, imprisoned, yet still loves the world, and really loves shoes.

Plus, we were the same class. She's a Rogue, I'm a Rogue. I'm a duelist, and she's the archer. Almost like twins. It turned into a partner relationship, where I always wanted her around. And now (in this playthrough) we're love partners.

Dude i was like that in my very first play through, thou i stayed with Morrigan till the very end, but then my 2nd play through i couldnt help but romance her, she's a good character and i like her back story and i like that fact that she was a bad girl in her past and thats what made me interested in her and her accent too haha
