Right! Can't believe I forgot Loghain.

He needs to be back as well. His cameo in Awakening was the best of all. Ofc, by the time DA2 starts Loghain had burned Montsumard to the ground and cut a swathe of destruction throughout Orlais.
Tha should give those pampered nobles something else to worry about besides sexy bards.

Well, to be fair everyone in Awakening had mouch more screen time.  I did however like the elven apostate Sketch. Too bad Tug got killed. Those 2 were quite a pair.

Isn't the next patch if it's even released before DA2  supposed to put the LI letters back into Awakening? Does anyone already know what they're supposed to say? Perhaps the others are in Orlais, for whatever reasons, too?

This is true, but I thought the Awakening characters were almost instantly compelling, as in I loved them all just from watching the character trailers and not having even played the game yet. These characters are just, eh. Furthermore, most of the playable characters in DAO and DAA have a very distinguishing "look" to them. I can't describe it. These characters had an NPC look to them, imo.

What compatibility issues can I expect when I download Leliana's Song? I've heard that some people had problems with mods not working with it.

That was me, I can't isolate it but I'm positive any mod the makes script alterations to the character creator system will cause the Leliana DLC scripts to fail. Things that allow all origins for all races or allow you to totally pick your own starting skills and talents will interfere with the scripts that control both Leliana's appearance and voice set. If Leliana is invisible when you start the game up a simple fix is to simply remove your override folder from the Dragon Age directory and place it on the desktop start up a new game and then quit out and put the folder back. Once the Leliana player character is properly created you can go about using whatever mods you want.

This was an awesome DLC then interaction between Sketch and Tug was incredible.

Sketch: Thats gonne be a tight fit for Tug.
Tug: Your mother said as much.

Made me laugh so hard my fiance heard me from upstairs.

As for Leliana she is incredible. My opinion on her has soared since playing the DLC. Really good work from Bioware hard to think the same company released Awakening and Darkspawn Chronicles lol.

Wow DLC sounds awsome pity that RBC wont let me get paypal while in Alberta, since my home branch is in Winnipeg. Nuts hope someone does a Lets Play with it soon.



Is it just me or dose Leliana sound more excited if you are going to travel, then while staying put? Not that I will hear it anytime soon, with OT my work goes from 6 AM to 3 PM. Good money but that means no more bards for me.

Just played through, MEH....... It was good but not worth $7 to me it should have been five for the following reasons



You must play as Leliana which allows you one play through and thats it. Of course you could do it again but your still playing the same character. It would have been better I think to have played it as one of her companions that you could create and then be able to create more companions both male and female to travel with her. In awakenings everyone of your characters has the option of going back and the groups you travel with can all be different.



I did like the companions, would have liked to see more comments between them and leliana.

That was my favorite moment, too. I only managed to get the screenshot of Tug's response, but if I had known such a funny joke was coming, I would have had my hand on the screenshot button. My other favorite Tug comment was about him deflowering some chevalier's wife.

You'll need to copy the .mor file and rename them hf_lel000_leliana.mor and hf_lelpc_leliana.mor then use the toolset to change the internal name to hf_lel000_leliana and hf_lelpc_leliana respectively. Then just pop em' in the override folder. That's how I got Leliana version 11 into the DLC from Dragon Age Redesigned.

Yeah I'm late to the party too, but I finished the DLC and absolutely loved it.  I was actually really surprised at how well it turned out.

Gotta say i loved the DLC, just finished it not too long ago and also i actaully like that ponytail hair style that Leliana sports in the DLC and the companions are awesome
