Well if you play along she'll eventually start laughing because it's just a silly joke for her amusement. The V/O notes state that she's being deliberately whimsical and silly because she's very happy.

The end result however is much more personalized characters that are a reflection of your unique style, it's much more satisfying seeing a Warden that you've created every single aspect of than something based off the work of someone else.

First off, that is one very nice dwarven princess. Secondly, while I do agree that using the toolset will give you a more personalized character, it wears on your nerves when the damned thing crashes for no reason when you're nearly finished.

I recently tried choosing Leliana as my champion against Loghain just to see what would happen, and was rewarded with her line, "Don't worry. I could do this blindfolded." Ha!



As for favorites, I always have to smile when she giggles and calls Sten a "softie." I also enjoy the line that is sometimes triggered when entering Denerim square when she says she once got cotton candy stuck in her hair and that it was "quite tasty for awhile" or something to that effect lol. I definitely think that Leliana has the most amusing random companion remarks.

Even though my wardens typically don't believe in the Maker so much, I always liked when Leliana said, "But I came to the Maker before I had even heard all of the Chants. The Maker speaks to people; they just don't know how to listen. It is all a power game, I think. If they convince others they know more, then they must be respected." For all her Maker-Andraste-Yayness ...she sometimes comes off as a bit religiously ambiguous. I also appreciate that she can understand the difference between word of god and word of god according to man.

That's why I save all the time after everything and make about 20 or 50 morph files when I'm working on a character design. That being said it's pretty stable for me but I have a ton of machine to throw at it so it's different for each computer set up. Still the hard and fast rule is to simply save often, after you lose one character to a lock up you never make the mistake again.

Edit: While it's on the front of my mind, leave Leliana at the gates of Denerim during the final battle and put her in charge of the rear-guard party.Now there's a line I bet few people have ever heard.

It's the way she says that line that makes it so memorable. It's as if she never thought she'd be put in charge of the group. I did that just so I could see what she said but then I reloaded. I can't go to the final battle without Leli.

I haven't made her my champion against Loghain though, will do that on this playthrough.

Eamon:Um no Warden, youre dog cant fight for the fate of Ferelden. anyone with a spare lamb bone can get his loyalty, chose someone else.

Leliana is so adorable whenever she talks about fashion.  I love it when you walk into the noble tavern and she says "Look at what that woman's wearing! Is she drunk or does she just have bad taste?"

She looks like the Sacred Ashes trailer Leliana... really good work! I especially like her and dog. Speaking of dog... I thought the mabari were imprinted to one person and fiercely loyal to that one person. Eamon doesn't know what he's talking about. Dog would totally win that duel.
