The collar is there for technical reasons, it hides the seam between the head texture and the body texture. If you'll notice they always hide it on every single piece of armour and clothing. That being said I edited her epilogue UTC file to give Leliana a new dress, that style they stuck her in is really crappy looking. It looks like it doesn't fit properly or something.

Have to agree about the dress again, just doesn't suit her. Even her Chantry robe looks better.

Funny thing is that she has that chantry robe in her inventory she's just not wearing it, why she has it I can't really say. Maybe there was a cut ending where she went back to the Chantry?

Well, I thought she was to lead that expedition to the Urn along with Genitivi if she was "unhardened"

I suppose but is she part of the Chantry then? Seems like her function is more military than anything else, but then she's no Templar (The Military arm of the Chantry) I'm kinda confused as to what exactly she's doing there.

Maybe they have her lead an expidetion since she was actually there.

She may not be leading it so much as guiding it.

Here's something that I've been wondering about since yesterday. What do you think your Warden and Leli do after Awakening, more so, what specifically if she is hardened or not? I think my Wardens and her travelled around a lot, righting wrongs and so on. (Leli is unhardened with all my Wardens) I reckon that about 5 years after the end of Awakening, they settled down and tried to have a family, with the female Warden perhaps finding a decent man to be the biological father of a possible child.



I also see them doing the odd adventure, but nothing too risky. I don't know, I picture my Wardens having a quiet life with Leli.



What do you think your Warden would do with Leli?

They go on vacation/adventure, or whatever you want to call it. My wardens grew very curious to see the world. I always try to imagine them going to Orlay. They might settle down if they found a cute kid that needed a home, but my Dalish warden is a traveler at heart and can't stick to one place for long, and my fem mage (which is my only other character that ended up with Leliana in the end) is also hesitant to settle after being captive in the tower.

Hmmm...
I really haven't given this much thought... But I think that my Warden and Leliana would travel the world, seeking out ancient treasures and uncovering ancient myths, tales and legends before they both settle down in the castle of Highever.

And then I imagine them having kids. Only makes sense to me.

Since I don't like the death sentence idea (the you-got-30-years-to-live-sucker!->-idea), I imagine that someone makes a cure for the taint, so that they may live happily ever after!


I'm also very surprised that there are a lot of Leliana fans... From the impressions of other threads, I got the idea that people prefer a ice cold woman over a "girly" girl...

I think there is only one very specific group of people that hate Leliana and they just happen to be very vocal in these parts.

My warden and Leliana would organize an independent transnational army (e.g. the Grey Wardens) with the aim of overthrowing the existing political and economic order, unite all of Thedas and bring forth the equivalent of the Enlightment.



That, or have adventures highwayman style.

My warden and Leliana they will go exploring again and join in battles here & there for the good. Then a desire for a little peace & quite they settle on a farm just outside of Denerim. When the warden's time has come they will say their goodbyes.. Leli will stay home with their child who despite the rumor is completely taintless.

Oh well, it could've been worse... For that very specific group of people, of course.

But so far, I've never seen any "hate posts" of that very specific group of people that hate Leliana.

My Warden and Leliana, fighting a soldier in Dane's Refuge. One of the few good shots (well, not good... but still, it's better than nothing). Considering the fact that the original image is 1920 x 1080 pixels, it still is good quality...

Edit: Now that I know how to post images here, I might do that more often... Now I'm off to unravelling the mysteries of the profile photo, as my character ain't gettin' uploaded to my account...

Two answer the question about what my warden and Leliana would do after Awakening:

Dalish: Serve as ambassadors and try to put ferelden into some shape of order before the calling.

Noble: Go to Orlasis and try to smoothe the recent rumblings over.

Dwarf Commenor: Go to Orlasis and just live a free life, mostly (ie lots of caramel pudding)

Mage: See the wonders of the world and try to unravel some mysteries.
