I don't know if it would even really work out Alistair's too self-centered and childish, after Ostagar he spends most of the game complaining and crying about Duncan, he's not exactly a stable individual to build a relationship with particularily for Leliana who sorta has her own stuff to deal with. I can just imagine it:

Did I ever tell you why I left Orlais?

Oh Duncan . . . why Duncan *sob*

I really want to talk about this . . .

It's not fair I don't want to be King I want to be a Grey Warden like Duncan . . . Oh Duncan *sob*

If they do make you King what will that mean for us?

Oh yeah well I should probably dump you now, you're an Orlesian and a commoner I couldn't be seen with you as King of Ferelden

But I . . .

It doesn't matter what we want I have a duty to fulfill I can't let anything get in the way, now excuse me I have to throw a tantrum in the Landsmeet when Eamon makes me King but I still need to worship him as a father figure and do whatever it is he says

Did anyone notice this? I got this with my male warden. When you say to Leliana "Let's go to bed." and tell her to stop talking and come here she'll reply. " Ah, pulling rank, you really do know how to woo a lady." So I think she likes when the male warden is in charge of the relationship. lol

I think the threesome dialogue is the same for both genders, other then oghren passing out on fem warden.

Idk, I've heard people say she flirts with alistair some and others say she doesnt. I know she she watches zev and thinks he is attractive, but she won't admit it.

I never got why they put Alistair and Lel together in Chronicles, thats why I wonder if they flirted any.

How can you ask her to come to the Wardens tent?

I know that it triggers at +90-91 approval, but I always get her to ask the warden.

Not that I am complaning I just can never ask her myself.

I think the problem is on a video game forum you deal with lots of nerds who can't properly identify what flirting is, add that to the fact that most men think every woman is on the make for them and you get a lot of people reading into every compliment some form of sexual innuendo. As for Zevran she shoots him down again and again and again, add one playful banter if you harden her and suddenly people say she's on the make for him. If she's flirting with anyone it's Morrigan talking about how beautiful she is and what kind of clothes she'd put her in . . .

Turn her down then you can ask her, can't say if the aftertalk happens but I suppose that's the price of waiting and doing it on your time instead of hers.

Also that is very good Yana, love me some SA Leliana.

You put more thought into it than they did, they did it 1)For teh Lulz and 2) To provoke a reaction from fans of either character. The entire story for Darkspawn Chronicles was a joke mixed with brutal killings.

Naw, when she talks about "your zevran." she admits he's attractive.

Simply because person A finds person B attractive does not mean that they "wuv" them.
I find many women very attractive. Dosent mean I have a thing for them.

Also I wonder how much of that is the game trying to enforce the idea that Zevran is very attractive cause I gotta say looking at the Vanilla Morph he's not attractive at all. He looks just totally haggard and worn out like an old boot, like he might be 10 or more years the Warden's senior . . .

Maybe that is what they were trying to pull off though.

Although outside of Alistair all the LI are older than the Warden.

I think that he is the same age, or slightly younger depending on your Origin.

Well, I know Leliana is older then a male warden because she refers to him as a "boy" a few times. I'm thinking alistair is around the age of the Warden.

Yowzers! That's... beautiful... :wub::wub:
Despite the fact that it is based on a picture of a model, I still think she's gorgeous.

Bah. The picture better work now...

In fact, Alistair is (according to the Toolset) 32. Therefore, Alistair is even older than Leliana (whom is 26; the Warden is somewhere between the 18 - 22).

Actually that's wrong. I know the toolset states that Alistair is 32 but that was an older version of Alistair that was scrapped. David Gaider has confirmed this. The older Alistair was going to be a totally different person, much more serious and with less of a playful attitude. They decided that he wasn't any fun and redid the character, altering his age to make him much younger.

The funny thing is that he does go on and on about how much being a Grey Warden means to him and how both of you have an important duty and yet, the moment you decide to spare Loghain, Alistair will practicaly spit on both his oath and duty to the Grey Wardens and storm off to become a wandering drunk.

I could easily get past most of his shortcomings but that single moment really destroyed my respect for his character.

So did it for me. Now I hate Alistair as much as I hate Hawke (I HATE HAWKE, I HATE HAWKE, I HAAATE HAAAWKE!!! [/rant]). Besides, Loghain isn't the evil man that Alistair claims him to be. He's quite the nice person once you get to know him.

I made some good progress this weekend with my game, romanced Leli and moved onto the Dalish. Having "completed" the romance as a female, I found it to be sweet and natural, the same way it is with a male (in my view, so far my characters are all mages) It shows how well written her character is.

I have to agree with an earlier post here, Leli is utterly and happily bisexual. Gender isn't what matters to her, it's love. I think the love between 2 people is more important to her than whether that person is male or female. In many ways I think this makes her love even more natural and sweet. She doesn't favour one gender over the other. It's a lovely attitude to have, and why we love her so much I guess.

She does seem to fall more easily for a female Warden.

I think it has to do with the fact that female Warden reminds her of Majorlaine back when she and Leliana were still lovers.

My opinion is that she's hoping to recreate that relationship with the Warden, since the Warden's personality reminds her of everything that was good about Majorlaine.
