It's a tough choice really. I think that staying in the chantry is not healthy for her, she is just hiding herself there. But neither is convincing her to go back to being a seductress/spy for hire really healthy in the long run either I think. Both can really damage her soul.

She is a great character!

I do not think hardening her makes her go back to her previous life. Even when hardened, she expresses her devotion to the Maker and still likes to help people.
The proof, if hardened (and Marjolaine is dead), she goes to the deep roads to investigate and doesn't go on a manipulative killing spree like some think she would.

I think her being hardened has her embrace those two aspects of her personality. The love of adventure and the thrill of "the game", with her religious devotion and her desire to help people, which still remain as evidenced by her approval rising when we help others. Thus I think hardening her is the best choice.

It could go terribly wrong, like her being a Chantry sis could also go terribly wrong. So I guess we'll have to wait and see.

That's what I am tyring to do!

@ Giggles. My character fell for Morrigan, as no other woman exists when she is there. But I did manage to blind myself by burning my eyes for one playthrough and I went for Leliana. It was not bad, and Leliana is such a great character, I've always loved her and I consider her to be my 3rd favorite companion, even when not romanced.

In my canon playthrough, where Morrigan was romanced of course, Leli's always in my Cousland's team.

Even though I tend to go with Morrigan more now, my first ever complete game had a Leli romance.  She's just so sweet and lovable, it's really easy to fall for her.  The Morrigan romance, in comparison, is more of an acquired taste I think.

 Marjolaine was probably jealous that Leliana has nicer legs than her and told her vicious, vicious lies about them so she'd wear baggier clothing.

 If you move the cursor over the picture it tells you where it's from. This was apparently from deviantArt and it even says what it's called and who the artist is.

I have to be honest I enjoyed Leliana when I hardened her; she was way more outgoing with me and just adorable <3

It doesn't in my browser [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/pinched.png[/smilie]... although I could've backtracked the image location, yes.  I just assume most people host via imageshack/photobucket/tinypic by default.

Alistair thread very much prefers vanilla Alistair. KoP won't allow Morrigan to be modded in any shape or form so I leave her alone, too! =p

I think that hairstyle matches her better though I do wish it had the braid

Considering Leliana is one of the most modded chars out there it's going to be unavoidable I think... not that it bothers me one way or the other.  I like her default look and her SA look.
