That is a divisive issue her.
I like the Vanilla version, where others have modded versions, and some have the SA model.

The outrage over the snowglobe thing is especially silly because I'm fairly certain the description clearly stated King Cailan not Alistair. xD

@ximena - I like both, but have to say that her "vanilla" in-game model is Leliana for me.


About the prompt...I'm inclined to agree with Zjarcal. How would we all like to proceed?

Which banter are you referring to?

And if there's one thing I'll agree with Alistair fans 100% is in their aversion to this coupling. Perhaps my reasoning is similar to theirs, not wanting to see my favorite character paired with my least favorite one. But whatever... :sick:

I prefer the vanilla face from the game. The SA face is really nice but I have simply gotten too used to her in-game face. Whatever you do I'm sure it'll be great. Your art is awesome! 

About the prompt, I just don't see the need for any formalities. Over at the Nate thread about two weeks ago, I submitted an entry for a prompt idea from like a month ago (the very first one they did in fact). They all liked it and it was great to still be allowed to do something with a prompt idea even if the "deadline" had passed.

But whatever. If for some reason I miss a "deadline" here and I have an idea I want to share, I'll still post it anyway.

Eh, let's wait till Drunkdeadman arrives. I'm not really that creative so any idea of mine may not be that good.

In any case I'll try to think of some idea.

Oh, and the person who gives the idea should also be allowed to enter (like in the other threads). I would've loved to see what Leni had in mind for "stars" or what wicked thought of "deadly".

I admit when I killed the old companions things went downhill.
At first it was like:
NOT OGGY AND ZEV! 
GAH ITS WYNNE! :devil: 
NOT STEN! :blink:
Then the top of Fort Drakon.
The Shriek Overwhelemed Morrigan. 
Then the Vanguard bashed Dog. 
Then the Ogre Pounded Alistair till death. 

Finally it was only Leliana left standing firing her bow and...:crying::crying::sick:
I cant even go to that part of my mind anymore its so bad.

I hated DSC, I missed half the acheivements in it but I am NEVER going to go through that again.

Really?  I didn't get all that emotional over DSC.  The companions didn't even get cutscenes or anything.  Killing Morrigan in WH was muuuuuch harder (something I still haven't done :innocent:).

Yeah, same here. I have a really nasty character called Mina (in Awakening) who is as self centered and amoral as a person could be, but I still give her a few redeeming qualities so that I don't end up hating her.

Still, while her playthrough was a lot of fun, it made me realize that I could never play such a character in Origins, where the emotional attachment is much bigger, making all those nasty decisions much harder to make.

As for DSC, I admit that I enjoyed the first 10 or 15 minutes of it (especially killing Howe!!), but eventually it got tedious and of course the final part is just horrible.

I sent the shriek to attack Leli and then turned my eyes away. I couldn't bear to watch. The same goes for Morrigan and Dog, I tried focusing on Alistair instead ().

And then they have to hit us with that cutscene where you see Leli, Morrigan, and Dog lying dead... :crying:

I'm never playing that piece of garbage ever again.

What irks me the most are the codex entries. Morrigan following Alistair for the lulz? The couple that should never be? Bah, stupid DLC.

The whole DLC made little to no sense. Alistair slaughtering elves?! He might be a bit of an idiot at times, but that is just beyound him. Golems I can understand, and so the Templars.

Still, thankfully Ophelia survived the Joining. Otherwise she would come back from the grave and kick Alistair's ass for the stupid decisions he made. And for the whole Alistair/Leliana deal.

I didn't find it hard to fight her.

Mostly, it was her and Morrigan I go after as soon as I reach the top of Fort Drakon.
Leliana always turns my Vanguard into Swiss cheese. And Morrigan is repeatedly healing the other dudes.

It was nice for a change (and interesting) to fight against your companions. Still, DSC isn't my favorite DLC.
