Alright I have another question regarding Leliana. I plan to do a male Mage playthrough as well a female human noble playthrough and will romance Leilana during at least one of those (maybe both). Which do yall think is the more satisfying romance, male or female?

Eh, I can't offer a unbiased answer there, I only play female characters.

Heh, no problem you two I expected people to be bias.



Let me ask something else. Of those two characters which do yall think would make the most sense ending up with Leliana? Both of them will believe in the Maker well enough but as far as personalities go the Mage will probably be a bit like Alistair (the joking part not so much the angsty) and will be on the morally good side of things. The HNF will be a bit more blood thirsty and more morally grey.



My main problem is I don't know if I'll be able to resist Morrigan on my male mage even if their personalities are polar opposites.

Eh, my HNF was blood thirsty and morally grey at times, and it's my favorite romance with Leli.



As for resisting Morrigan... since I don't play males I never have to deal with that but the "tis cold in my tent all alone" line is... irresistible.

I would say this to maybe help out, have you romanced her with either before? And if not, do so with both. (again kinda biased here since both with Leliana sounds good to me. )

I've only ever completed the game once and that was with a male mage who romanced Morrigan so it'll be my first time with Leliana.

Edit: Probably what I'll do Zjarcal, lol. Things may change though and I may just become Leliana's ****.

I've romanced them with both genders and I will say that romancing her as a woman felt more genuine and satisfying.

I've come to the conclusion that Leli as an archer is the most vital member of my party. I use her for mage sniping, which she does like a boss.

It is annoying that the Ai sometimes ignores the dude in armour and runs straight for her but I don't think I could;ve gotten through the Urn of sacred ashes without her bow. Those mages are just so damn annoying.

Oh, I always either Arrow of Slay them or Mana Clash them. They ARE annoying!

This all depends on the character of course, my sword and shield tank could probably just walk up to them fine. He's the one who laughs off crushing prison.



Still Leli saved my life back there, she also helped against the broodmother a lot.

Leli killed the archdemon on one of my playthroughs... forget which one though...

Leli did all the major killings during my Dalish run. My Dalish was an archer so she wasn't getting any finishing moves. It was all for the better, Leli looked sexy doing them.

I've had her kill Marjolainne, Sloth, the Ancient darkspawn and something else that escapes me. Several ogres as well (all the badass way)

Really? Getting to the broodmother is the only part of the deeproads I like. I enjoy killing that monstrosity so much.

I discovered that that fight's easy if you just sit back and ahve Leli and Wynne missile it to death. The move in with your chosen companion for the final kill.
