Alright, I started my human Mage and got him to Ostagar. I've decided I'm going to do my two playthroughs at the same time so now I need to get my HNF past her Origin and into Ostagar. My problem is I can't think of a good name for her. I've narrowed it down to Lillian and Deneve. Which does everyone like more?

Well what happened was the "choose between us" dialog triggered right after I did Leli's quest but before the "how are you doing now dialog"



I don't know basically the game let me restart the romance with Leliana even though I already broke up with her....

HeyLelianophiles, I'm doing research for a progect. Would you guys say that you mainly use her as an archer? and, do you usualy harden her or not? Thanks

I never harden her. Ever. Part of the reason is that I can't bring myself to NOT choose the "you're a good person, you always will be" option in the hardening dialogue. The other part of the reason is that I strongly prefer her when unhardened.



As for mainly using her as an archer, I did at first, but on my last two games I used her mostly as a dual wielder. I think both combat styles suit her equally.

I don't like hardening her either. Nothing wrongwith believing the maker if it helps you find peace. Thanks Zjar.

Hardening Alistair involves encouraging him to stand up for himself more.
Hardening Leliana involves encouraging her to enjoy manipulating and killing people, in the middle of a self-doubting breakdown.

Religion aside, I can't say I've ever hardened her either. The options for it just comes across as heartless.

If anyone is interested, I made a ring for Leliana & a locket for the PC which spawns in the inventory 1st load after she tells Alindra's story.
