If either of those were untrue then the AD would simply reanimate, so I go more to theory A,

I just had the craziest idea.I was just about to start Awakening. Iwas debating whether to import my dead Warden, I did want my items and decisions to carry over but it seemed strange. So I decided to mess around with the character creator, and I found that one of the elven female presents looked somewhat like Leliana.


So then I thought to... Make Leliana as an Orlesian warden in Awakening!
I don't think its that ridiculous and implausible. Yes, there will be problematic plot details, like her being called the Warden Commander and other things I don't know about, but it cant be worse than importing a sacrificed warden
continuity-wise. And it definitely provides the opportunity for some interesting RP-ing and creating my own little story...

Now Im still trying to get her to look right with the char creator. I know it wont end up exactly like her, but I can try to get close, thing is I keep getting a younger and prettier look which is just too off... I posted this on another board and have even found a thread on someone who tried to do this before..

I remember that someone wanted to do that but with Alistair.



It's certainly an interesting idea, to try and roleplay a companion. Obviously it's not a very plausible scenario but it's still interesting. Sadly, there really aren't that many roleplaying options in Awakening.



And it's a shame you're on the Xbox. If you were on the PC you could user her actual headmorph.

@Giggles - The whole US deal is not explored in much detail. How exactly do the Wardens know that US destroys the essence of the Archdemon. For all we know it could be lying dormant in the Warden who slew it, and some event might even revive it. Did any devs confirm that the Archie was dead? As in DEAD dead?

Well Gaider did say that if no one did the DR, then whoever killed the AD is DEAD, with a capital D.

Very nice gallery there.

I have also made Leliana in Awakening on my Xbox. I actually have just gotten the PC version so as mentioned i could have used her morph, but I want to start an all new char for ther my first run with the PC version.

What do you guys think?

Apparently the warden can ask Leliana to bed at 90 approval (supported by toolset notes from Rage). Can anyone confirm this?

Hmm...Maybe I'm missing something, but all I see is the dialogue that  you usually get after Leliana asks you.

There's the  "I thought you'd never ask" line that repeats every time you select "let's go to bed." And there's also the dialogue that you get if you turn her down when she first asks you, but then change your mind later:
"You...want to...are you sure?" "I knew you'd come around. Good things come to those who wait, no?".

I know there is a bug that can cause you to miss out on her asking the warden. I ran into it a couple of times and was left with having to settle for the conversation that made it sound like I'd turned Leliana down...which is just...absurd, obviously.

Lol wicked, that was an awesome fix! Nothing silly about the drawing, just pure smexiness... now with a bed:







About the bedding at 90+ approval, what wicked said is the only thing I'm aware of, that if you turn her down the first time you can later be the one who asks her to go to bed. No other scenarios that I'm aware of.

So do you guys usually harden Leli or leave her as is? I was planning to harden her but the convo after killing Marjolaine at camp was so heartbreaking that I had to let her keep going down her "good" path and left her unhardened and skipped the Isabela threesome (in my canon playthrough).

Well, this question has been addressed quite a few times, but I can't remember on which page it was so...

I don't harden her. On that convo I can't bring myself to NOT choose the "you're a good person, you always will be" line.

As for the threesome... I cheat. I use the metagame items mod to temporarily harden her. The way I see it, there's no reason why her entire view of life has to be decided in one single conversation. It's something I've always hated about the hardening options (same with Alistair).
