lol He shouldn't look angry though...or whatever it is he is trying to convey in that weird expression.
Maybe this is better?

And nice touch with the Phoenix ;)

Isn't that a derpy face? I think this one looks badass though (and it's Leli related):

And I knew you'd like the Phoenix. :wizard:

I can see Leliana as a warrior. In fact in my first playthrough after the we first met her in the inn, I thought that's what she was.

*Can't imagine Leliana as a warrior*

She's too... umm... she's. Well I can't imagine her not being a bard so...

I'm totally in love with her as a rogue.  It adds to the complexity of her charm.  Plus she's insanely deadly toward the end of the game.  I ended up having her lead the party instead of my mage warden.  She excelled at spotting and disarming traps, and monsters could rarely detect her on stealth.  I'd put the rest of the party on hold, she'd sneak into a room undetected, find a strategic vantage point, and often take out the entire room with her arrows before they even woke up and came after her.

Yea Leliana was my "all-purpose" rogue. Traps, locks, range, melee if necessary, party support.

And her cute giggles to lighten the morale.

I can't really see any of the companions as being any other class than what they are. The writers did too good of a job integrating their classes into their characters...Not to mention, Leli in anything but light armor just seems really off to me.

Females in general in heavier armor look sort of weird to me, in the game.

I wish there was a light armor that was a bit elegant for Leliana, or had a personal touch.
That's why I kind of not mind the idea of a unique set for every companion in DA2, even if it's mainstreaming and reducing our customization options.

But I download the SA armor for Leliana and I like it.

This reminds me that in Darkspawn Chronicles Leliana was apparently a warrior since she had War Cry...

Agreed about Leli in anything but light armor. Well, medium armor can also look good on her...

...but rogues are all about light armor in my view. If only the light armors in the game weren't so silly with their cleavages... thank the maker for tmp and his mod!!

Also, I agree KoP, I don't mind the idea of unique sets, I like it in fact. I never had Morrigan in anything but her robes (well, sometimes modded, but still her robes). Had Leli had her own set of unique armor in Origins, I doubt I would've ever taken her out of it. Well, except for sexytime of course...

Yea, for me dressing Morrigan in anything but her robes amounts to heresy. Thank God for the Robe of Possession! And the mod that makes it more modest and less revealing. And it's technically a mod for Morrigan's robe and not Morrigan herself....

I guess I don't get as hung up on the "looks" of an NPC. I gave Morrigan the Vestments of the Seer on my non-mage playthrough as it made no sense to have her wear her robes when these were free.

Leliana does make a great archer/trapper/lockpicker/trapspotter rogue true, but its a pain that no one else in the game fits that mould.

You say that like it's a bad thing. :P

It ain't a bad thing. I was thinking that most of you would  think I'm obsessed or something...

*looks around and quickly hides all Leliana-related stuff*

A craziness she reciprocates :P

jk jk. Yea it's from the eyelash thing. I found it weirdly cute, but apparently many find it creepy. A sentiment I understand.

Honestly, I never got why people found it so creepy. It's not like she was making a weird face at you and had a pair of tweezers ready to pluck them... or giving you the creepistair!

Now creepistair + eyelashes comment... that I could understand as making you want to run for your life.

She was staring at you while you were sleeping.

I don't find it creepy personally. I would be a bit weirded out if I woke up to someone staring at me....hmmm waking up to Morrigan's big yellow eyes staring at me sounds perversely awesome lol

I actually thought it was a dramatically appropriate callback to her earlier comment about how she would fall asleep on guard duty and "wake to find you still watchful." You were watching out for her then; she's watching out for you now.

BTW, my answer is always "Sure, where's the jar?"

Ok, I guess the staring at you while you're sleeping could be considered "creepy"... not by me of course, she can stare at me whenever she wants (but I'm a fangirl so I'm biased). =]

To me it would be more about how you're staring at someone. Watching your lover sleep can be a very sweet and tender feeling. Granted, if you're leaning in closely to smell them and examine their features... eh, okay, yeah, that would be freaky.

Morrigan's big yellow eyes staring at you... would that get an "Arcturus Cousland Seal of Creepily Awesome"? :P

Totally mine too. It's just teasing and if you tease her back she laughs about the whole thing.

Cutting off a lock of my hair while I'm sleeping would be a bit too far.

But if a girl  wants to stare at me drooling and mumbling incoherently, more power to her.
