I finally heard it! I just heard Leli humming!!!

*does happy dance*


It actually triggers when  toggling her sustained abilities and not upon selecting her...so, yeah, all this time I was doing it wrong. :pinched:...  It was totally worth it though!

Yep, I was just playing around with her archery sustainables, aim/suppressing fire/defensive fire etc... turning them on and off. I don't think it matters which one. I've heard it more than once now! :D

Like Leni said though, it's very quiet. I'd recommend turning down the background noise to hear it better.

I'm not sure about the approval, I triggered it with an old save file at max approval on my xbox...which might actually make a difference now that I think about it, since I was using the radial menu instead of the quickbar...let me see if it works on the PC...

EDIT: 

It's NOT tied to approval as far as I can tell. I used a save file from Lothering with low approval and got her to hum there.

On the xbox version, all I have to do is toggle rapid fire on/off and it only takes a few tries to trigger....Haven't been able to get it on the PC version. : /

Leni will be happy, another pro for the console version! xD

Hey guys, I recently finished Dragon Age (just Origins) after never finishing it before, and not playing it for around a year.



I got to say, Leliana is probably one of my most favorite Bioware character to date, and favorite DA character. I did indeed romance her, and as a female Warden. I thought they made a nice couple. :) But anyway, I felt like dropping by to tell you guys that. And I have yet to hear this humming all of you are talking about D:

Yeah, it only happens at high approval. It seems to occur more frequently when you're toggling off a sustained ability as wickedgoodreed said.

Nope, as my crappy video demonstrates, it's not tied to approval. I was able to get her to hum in Lothering with approval barely above neutral.
