Man, I remember how Leliana smooched Ophelia after I gave her the Andraste's Grace on my very 1st playtrough. Much better gift than Alistair's stolen rose.  The nerve he has.

Now, the one time I actually played a female character who romanced AliBear, I thought it was kind of sweet that he picked the flower from Alistair's vision.

I don't know why you guys are like "BWA HA HA I AM PRINCESS STABBITY STAB KILL KILL" over this matter. I'm pretty sure Leliana would not appreciate ruining Alistair's life over a flower.

Well, I recently completed Awakening playing as Leliana (as an Orlesian Warden), to "continue" my story of my warden's ultimate sacrifice ending... I don't think it's too far a stretch, to imagine Leliana joining the Grey Wardens after her warden's death at the end of Origins, continuing the work he had done (although becoming the commander in 6 months is doubtful but still explainable, maybe the other wardens thought it was an emergency situation and that she was well qualified considering she aided in slaying the Archdemon). Anyways, I just didn't want to resurrect my warden but still found a way of continuing his story...

I must say it was an interesting RP experience. For one, I had never before played as a female character in any RPG ever... Taking an existing character and placing her in a new situation and imagining she would think and say - well, I guess that's kind of the point of role-playing... Although I did miss her voice. Leli's adventures continue!

And here's a (poor quality) TV pic of her moments before Awakening's final battle, the flaming lights in the background symbolic of her radiance and bringing hope and light into a desperate and dark time.

Oh, ZDF converted me into a Leliana gal. The more I talk to her, the more I like her. I love her loyalty. And "Does the heroine get her girl?" simply made me go :wub:.
