That would be the hardened Leliana, the Merrill scene is more for the unhardened nice Leliana. You could even tell a story with just the emotions. Like her feeling absolutely sorry that she left the warden like she did and feels like "if you want to leave me its ok" type of vibe. Then the warden says its alright brushes her face and then pulls it in to kiss.

How does that even work... the Warden is MISSING and Leliana is doing all of this to find her (or him :pinched:)  And your saying after all this effort she isn't going to jump on them and ravage them?  Hardened or not Leliana was far from acting unchaste and coy with her tales of caramel pudding.

Who wouldn't wait that long and not do... oh Liara :mellow:, but Shep was dead... :lol:

But Shep left one fine lookin' corpse.

...

Wait - explosions + re-entry = pulp

Hmm.

...

But Shep left some fine lookin' pulp.

A fix for the bugged romance flag. It works, as I tested myself, no need to start a new game or edit your savegame (even a WH save). :wizard:

var happyMode:Boolean = false;

if fix.Romances = true
{
     happyMode = true;
     trace('OMG YAY');
}

Those who understand AS3 know what I did here. :whistle:

Anyway, thanks! Now I can import my WH save without bugs! YAY

The mod even made it into my forum signature, so that others will know.

Edit:
It is worth noting though that, when importing a generated save game, the Leliana romance still isn't recognized for some reason. Having slept with her is, but not having romanced her. Same for my last WH save: Leliana romance not recognized.
It could be a bug in the zz_vault_debug script itself... Or the mod just doesn't work that well... yet.

Either way, that means I'm gonna have to finish my unfinished DAO playthrough to get the outcome I want. <_<
Such a pain in the *** to do that...

After watching some coming home videos of US soldiers returning home to their loved ones. I can only imagine what Leliana would do when she finally found our warden. How much emotion would be in the scene. (and how much Bioware would ruin the scene with the... dead emotion they put into scenes (especially in DA2))

If any bioware devs are reading, I demand DA3 have the crying effect that ME2 has. Yep we need to see the emotion she and our warden shows. I can only imagine if the crying effect was in DA2 the sad scenes in DA2 would be 10 million times better.

The crying effect in ME2 wasn't convincing. I preferred being without it.

I actually thought it was pretty good actually, wouldn't mind seeing it in DA3.

While reading an unrelated thread, I had a disquieting thought about the why/how of Leliana being alive in DA2, even if you killed her in DA:O.

It couldn't be yet another instance of a spirit possessing someone? Could it? The devs wouldn't go there, yet again... Posted Image Might cause me to rage quit the IP, if that proved to be the explanation for the retcon.

Is this what's called a "poison oak epileptic tree" in TV Tropes lingo? Bah!

Oh god the crying effect.... :sick:
I agree it was not convincing and they over did it.  Whenever they had a chance they made someone cry... they did that with smoking too...

:pinched:

I would rather they use the idea of her feigning death and snorting Andraste's reaper Ashes.

Anyway last night fueled by insomnia I came to the idea that they might have a DLC where Leliana seeks out the Warden... yay or nay?  It's very plausible...:ph34r:

Just hope it ends up being better than what Witch Hunt was for Morrigan and the Warden.

I was hoping they stick with the ME influence and make it more like Liar of Shadow Broker...

I setting myself up for heartbreak really :lol:

ME influence, you say?

Be careful of what you wish for! We might end up with the Leliana/Warden version of Horizon instead... Posted Image

Even worse, we might end up with the Vanilla ME2 version of the Shepard/Liara reunion, and be sent off to pick some locks for her after the coldest and most awkward kiss ever... And then be sent on our way as she obsesses over some random character from a cheap tie-in comic book and rages in a completely OOC manner about her vendetta against the (insert random fiendish org here). Posted Image

However, it'd then lead to the best DLC in the series, so it'd work.

 I personally think the Leli cameos are the build up to the best dlc ever... and I'm going to be wrong and cry when it doesn't happen...
BUT I CAN DREAM :wizard:

I’d love it if they made a DLC where Leliana and the warden were reunited, don’t know if it would ever happen but one can hope.

You're telling me. DA2 could have been a bit more balanced in that respect.

Say, whatever happened to IRS-Leliana? I stopped keeping an eye out for it a while back, and it seems to have dropped off the face of the earth in the mean time.

It hasn't, has it? :(

There's not much to talk about. Except for going off-topic.

I'm mostly in the Merrill thread now... Don't know about the rest, though.

Perhaps busy (re)playing DA2, like me?

No, no. I mean the Leliana version of this. It used to be here, but has since disappeared.
