Sorry to go off topic, but any word on if the patch (Xbox) for DA2 keeps the Awakening romance flags?
Golems has nothing to be imported, the default for Witch Hunt seems to be "Hero Stayed".
Awakening, though, has a few imports that may not be default, like if you stayed to protect Amarenthine. I dislike having to chose between Leliana and Awakening.

I think "Import Issues (Awakenings; re: Approval levels)" refers to losing approval with Origins companions when you import from Awakening, which is the cause of Leliana not 'remembering' the romance as I understand, so I guess it's not patched yet.

Cool, she's really not concerned about the flaming man running towards her, all in a day's work I guess. Can't help thinking that the guy at the bottom right looks like a biker from this angle, is that Alistair?

It's times like this I wish I had a PC to get pictures. I swear, I had this awesome shot where my Warden finished off the Ancient Darkspawn with a finisher, while Leliana was positioned right behind him, aiming an ice arrow at the screen (she was shooting at a genlock).

Leliana is Hot and Cool at the same time.
Fenris was wrong about that not being possible.

That's adorable. Elves have it much easier than dwarves.

Really? I'd think dwarf hugs would be a bit more fun.
Suddenly being a human doesn't seem as fun...

Love the drawing, definitely love the lines for it. I've been wanting to commission other artists to draw some of my story but I have no clue how to :3

Anyways I was looking up things of Corrine Kempa (voice of our lovely Bard) She did a french dub of that Sketchers commercial with Kim Kardashian (not really a good commercial at all.) But her voice definitely makes the commercial bearable now :D

Corrine or Leliana?

Hehe, I've looked up some of Corinne's voice work myself. :D Some of it is pure gold, especially the commercials.

This one is probably my favorite www.youtube.com/watch :kissing:

Sounded completely different to her in the game, but then Leliana appeared at the end to say "hello".

Probably because the rest is french, but oh well, it still made me laugh.

...Commercials...

*looks at clock*

...It's midnight...

*Michael Jackson's Thriller starts playing*

Dear Maker.

Now I'm gonna have nightmares about commercials. D:
On the other hand, that Thriller song did help me think of multiple solutions for a few problems in my fanfic...

Either way, I don't feel like watching commercials in my spare time. Gives me headaches, turns my comment-modus on and other stuff.

Dwarves are at exactly the right height, if you ask me.

So I'm wondering. Seekers. Are seekers templars? I got a vague impression that they were, but nothing specific, so I'm wondering. I don't much care for the idea of Leliana chowing down on Lyrium <_<

Not that I like her being a seeker either way, bloody pro-chantry zealots. Tolerate mages, will you! Hmph!

Templars watch mages, so they down lyrium to counter mages. Seekers watch Templars, so they'd probably do something else to negate their anti-magic. Then again, Templars seem easily fooled, and Leliana spent a good portion of her life learning good ways to trick people, so maybe Seekers counter Templars by tricking them.
Oh, maybe in DA3, Seeker will be a Rogue specilization, like how Templar was a Warrior one.

Like Oghren says: "Well, sorry for looking. I can't help that your womanly splendor is at eye level."

Err, no, I don't mean that, that's despicable, I'm sure you had something else in mind...

As for seekers, as far as I know everything we know about them is in the codex. I must admit, that "tolerated them" line took me a bit by surprise. In DAO, her opinion of magic seems alot like Bethany's; "The Maker gives you magic; you must use it.", but now she's all "keep 'em locked up!", if I ever get to play my mage warden again then I think we need a bit of a chat.

Edit: Pic: Blimey!

Does Leliana ever actually comment on mages? Now that I think about it, I can't actually recall her saying anything about mages, except for saying that that one Blood Mage should join the Chantry.

In Origins? Now and again, usually in banter. The most obvious one I remember hearing is between her and Wynne:

Leliana: It must be a wonderful thing, to be able to weave spells.
Wynne
: Wonderful? To you, perhaps. Most do not feel the same way
Leliana
: Oh, what do they know? They are just jealous. The Maker gives you magic; you must use it. You do it so effortlessly. It's like breathing for you. I wish I had such talent.

Well the bit I quoted was from her banter with Wynne, and I don't think she ever implies that Morrigan should be in the circle, but I guess she never shows any strong feelings about the circle itself. Still, you'd think being in a relationship with a mage who only escaped the circle by chance would give you pause, can you make an exception for one and no others?

Edit: Ninja'd quarter of an hour ago... That's what I get for taking so long, I guess.

I did wonder whether her "this is too cruel, I would not subject even an animal to such a fate" comment when you arrive at the circle was about the mages in general, or being locked in with monsters.

I guess it was the latter :(

That was my hope / diappointment, too. To be honest Leliana's beliefs seemed to lie outside of traditional chantry teachings anyway, it surprised my that she'd leave the cloister just to wind up joining the seekers, but I think her joining had more to do with her relationship with the new Divine than the seekers' ideology.
