So I dont hit any conflicts or bugs that people warn about all the time,and to make sure I remeber which mod I installed. Also I have been replaying Rome Total War so I get easily distracted right now.

Well just so you know. When you install this mod, it comes with a handy uninstall program.

I'll get back to it once I take over Iberia, bloody barbarians are giving me hell at the moment and I dont have any calvary so I bogged down. Rome Total War is fun but a hard game.

Ah, Leliana looks mighty fine in Devout set. 

I consider that armor mandatory for her on all my playthroughs.

You can find it in Ruined Temple, past the bridge puzzle, in the room where you fight ghosts looking like your companions.

There should be a chest there containing the armor.

Somewhat off topic but Rome is indeed a fantastic game. I think they're making a sequel to Shogun last I heard so I'll be looking forward to that.

On topic, vanilla Leli face is fine imo, though there is a certain allure to her new look in the pics blademaster posted... *is tempted to make the switch*

On the subject of the Devout Armour - I agree, ChiZ's armour mods are pretty much the only ones I bother with
since they're all pretty amazing. There's way too many retints floating around that you have to sift through to find something halfway decent.

Back to Leli and mods- I'd probably say that of all the modded companion faces, it seems Leliana has the best ones that seem to still fit her character. IMO, too many of the face morphs just totally overhaul everyone so they all look like generic male/female models and especially with the MOrrigan ones, they just don't seem like the original character anymore. Like the Morrigan ones that change her eye color for instance- thats not Morrigan anymore without the weird yellow eyes, IMO.

What are some of your favorite armor mods? I haven't really used any because too many might look neat but end up being rediculously overpowered. Suggestions?

Off-topic I won in Iberia last night with some handy Urban Cohorts I just shipped in!



On-Topic Using Haste turns Leliana dual wielding from great to, an holy bringer of pain.

She went from 50, 50, 50 ,50 to 5050505050505050505050505050, The numbers were literally running over the other. When I tried it on my Dalish Archer it looked like a machine gun going off.

I can't wait for Shogun 2. Bought the first one but couldn't play it due to some graphic issues. Guess that game is too old for my system.

I'm using the following armor and weapons mods:
Warden Runic Armor
Orator Vestments
Armor of Archion
Shadow Warden Armor
The Ivory Tower
Nightfall Bloom
Armor of the Sten
Verdant Sonata
Wings of Velvet
Legacy of Sundown
Black Templar Armor


Most of those are overpowered, but I play rpgs for the story and characters, not combat. Therefore I don't really care if the combat is easy with these items.

I think they intended to give Orlesians (or some of them at least) a skin tone similar to Asian appearance as there's another Orlesian woman in Denerim with this exact skin. But like many other things in DA they overdone it so it winds up lookng rather silly. Might be worth it to adjust the skin tone a bit and see how it'd work with the default features then.

On my first play through when I was approaching the markets in Denerim, she said something about getting candy or something stuck in her hair. And that it tasted sweet for days after that.



I was absolutely sold from that point forward. I've only ever heard that banter once though.

I always liked her..  but when she killed Flemeth with her bow and I saw the kind of damage she did...  wasn't really paying attention to it beforehand..  I just thought "WOW"

Well, Leliana isn't my favorite as thats reserved for Morrigan. But I really like Leliana too. Can't think of one moment in particular, but kind of like Morrigan, Leliana has a hot accent. So that combined with her kind of quirky and whimsical personality makes her a nice alternative to Morrigan's sarcasm and snark.

Pretty much after she opened all those pesky locked crates for me.
Morrigan: I can blow stuff up, and be snarky!
Me: Can thou open a locked box?
Morrigan: Uh no.
Me:Meh


I just like her personality since it goes along well with me being a Warrior of Justice.
