Maybe Leli drew first blood.. and if her attack is high they will beeline to her... I use accessories that include lowering hostility.epoch_ wrote...

Has anyone else noticed that Leliana has a very high targeting priority among enemies? like higher than my human noble warrior or Alistair?
Its weird
In my only real playthrough so far, I was a tank, so no one really got attacked besides me. That's odd though, because I thought enemies are suppose to prioritize by most to least armor.

Not really my Mages open with Fireball, and warcry usually acts as a great magnet. What is strange is that they ignore Shale and go straight for her in my playthroughs.
Tune in, in about an two hours and I will start posting pics for the Doraleous and Companions thing I am going to do.

Not always, stupid I know. But still, you'd think an armoured man would be more threatening than a small red headed archer
More threatening perhaps, but a poorer target choice from a target priority standpoint... Game threat systems are so weird.. Take out the squishies first, they do more damage!

Makes sense, I use her as an archer so she usually gets the first kill
Also, anyone have a vid of Leli killing an ogre in CC? I've been trying to set it up for sometime now but Emil steals the kill all the time

I am not that far into the Origin, but Duncan and Doraleous already had a beard contest. Howe was all like "TOO MUCH BEARDS!" and then he passed out when Duncan stroked his, and Doraleous struck a pose with his hand on his chin. With great beard power comes great beard responsibility.
Also he is going to be my first full Two Hander, so any tips on what works best, and what not to do?

Arrow of Slaying draws a huge amount of agro, followed closely by Scattershot.

Typically it is best to stack STR with two handers, with a little bit of willpower and a lot of stamina bonus items.Giggles_Manically wrote...

Some people swear by using medium armor for lower fatigue if they have a dedicated tank.
Get the precision attacks or whatever that 1st tier Warrior class toggle is and use it to improve your hit chance, especially when you're low level.
Use the two Sunder moves as bread and butter damage moves if you dont have a tactical necessity for them.
Two handed sweep and Pommel Strike for CC, if you're swarmed by mooks or need to make an ogre drop your tank.
Also, you have two skills that auto crit on a hit, so you are a BEAST if you have an ice mage.

Only use Arrow of Slaying on Mages really since it puts them down in short order. No one could survive my mage and Leliana using AoS and Mana clash at the same time.

I use GIMP 2.0 to convert file types if I need to, just for future reference sometimes the JPEG files that the Dragon Age game creates when you take a screenshot contain some additional information pertaining to the name and description you can give them while viewing them in the game. This can cause problems with image upload services since they can get confused by this and think it's not actually a real JPEG. I use GIMP to cut the images down and ensure they are a 'pure' JPEG file.

As for your character, It's too low res for me to make a call in fair judgement but maybe that's for the best. I'm a stickler for anatomy and proportions so if you ask me to comment on a character that's the first thing I'll go for. Outside of the character creator forums I try not to do it since I never know how people will react, I don't want to give a laundry list of changes to someone 15 hours in who made it on the character creator and can't change anything anyway.

Oh, Riona is in studded leather armor but I'm using tmp's human female proportions fix which alters all the meshes to be a more properly proportioned size for all human females. One of the optional files is unisex armor which makes the female version of the leather armors look identical to the male ones but still feminine in shape.

Yeah I design all my characters in the toolset, It's much more powerful than the character creator.
