Ok reshot #2 for the D&A series:
A proper image hosting service would be much better to use, these still are pretty low res.

Well I'll give some of my advice and then the advice of some of the people from the character creator forum. First of all the toolset can be overwhelming at first it's a fairly advanced program with a steep learning curve, however It's not impervious you just have to be realistic and patient. If it frustrates you walk away but don't give up on it, use the wiki you can get it right from the help menu. The best and most complete guide I can hand out is from Wyldsong one of the regulars in the character creator forum Wyldsong has tons of guides on working with the various file types and getting your morph started. Wyldsong's Tips and Tricks so you won't be totally lost when you first load it up. In the end the results are really worth it since they won't just be someone elses presets or your modification of Bioware's presets they will be your characters through and through.
Thanks I checked it out... looks good.. also the wiki he talked about.. not ready to dive in yet but, I like to do a little reading and get familiar with the terms, etc.

do you know what would make your NPCs toothy all of a sudden.. was it da redesigned?
Yes Dracomies created a series of new facial textures and replacement textures, he lightened the teeth up as many people asked him to. He didn't go as far as say a mod like whiter teeth but they are cleaner and brighter than Bioware's browny rotten looking teeth textures. A simple fix would be just deleteing the erf file but this will break the mod, since many of the more prominent characters like Leliana for example have a custom face texture which makes it look like they are wearing glossy lipstick these textures have whiter teeth since Dracomies made them. If you can open the .erf in the toolset you can just extract the necessary textures and have most people use the default textures until he releases the update with an optional 'dirty' teeth version.

Well on your main album page there should be a bunch of links that pop up when you rollover your picture just copy and past the IMG code one into the body of the post and it will show up.

Not that comfortable with toolset yet... I guess I just have to get use to the donkey faces until I do... It shows a lot of the upper teeth during conversations hence my use of donkey.adneate wrote...

Ha! I modded his textures to have even whiter teeth, I can't stand dirty looking brown teeth. Whiter Teeth was the first mod I ever got for Dragon Age.

Well they are just re-textures, the teeth will be more visable since they will be brighter but the teeth are exactly the same size. . . Is is a particular character who is getting this very prominent effect? Or is it across the board?

Yeah then it would be the textures making the teeth more visable, if you were using a morph with the teeth set at an odd heigth that might cause it but since it's everyone it's because you're not use to the brighter teeth.
