They're already showing that though. Leliana/FemWarden and Zevran/MaleWarden are pretty much the same as their counterparts. As much as people hate Zevran, his romance, for men and women both, is so intense and loving in the end it's crazy.

Anyway, yeh, Leliana only has two opportunities for both genders to start the romance, and it's different for each. I don't get the idea that Leliana was a lesbian at first (despite what TVTropes says, which is the only place I've seen that written). Her first love was with a woman, and she talks only about men when it comes to business, but she seems to be more attracted to people, not genders.

Both are pretty 'meh' tbh.  Yusaris is ok vs dragons if you're using a haste/auto attack setup.  Otherwise it's nothing special there either since the bonus damage doesn't apply to specials.  Nug Crusher, Starfang and Chasind Greatmaul are the ones you should be aiming for out of the default 2h options.

Problem is that I am really attached to Yusaris, and upfront damage is actually a tiny bit better. Also the "weakens nearby darkspawn" part is apparently bugged and dosent work.

I am not running haste so the bear is hiting around 35 on spawn, and I hit  at around 65 base damage at this point. But the bear can hit at about 1.5 my speed it seems so it does pretty decent damage.

Dont have WK so only Vanilla items, but I like Yusaris just looks good.

Indeed I was trying to do the 'math' of the question in my head but it didn't work out in the end I guess, because as you say they are already show exactly the thing homophobes are frightened of. As for Leliana's sexual preference it's sort of like military intelligence at this point, we've been given 20 pieces out of a 1000 piece jig saw puzzle and we're trying to figure out what the picture is. The only thing that really makes be believe she has a preference for women is the "Hair Convesation" since the entire point of that conversation is she's trying to find if a female warden would be open to having a relationship with her. She's approaching the warden, with the male romance flag it's the PC making the initial move to express interest in a relationship. Though as you mention her attraction might have more to do with the warden being the first friend she's had in years.

No, the developer notes are very clear about how the conversation is to be used.

(Leliana likes the player and wants to discover if the player is open to a relationship.)

It's hard to get more clear than that.

First off the polls have been interseting, in that how equal the LI are outside of Zevran I thought that Alistair would also be behind but looks like there are a lot of ladies around here, or dudes pretending to be dudetes. Also the popularity of the DR is very suprising to me at least.



Also I never read into the toolset, downloaded it but never used it. Got uninstalled unfortunatly.
