Well it's not just the arms... afaik the vanilla scenes don't line up so well with a dwarf, no?  I've yet to romance anyone with one.

I didn't see any issues with Morrigan and the male dwarf. She looked like she was having sex with a football player since he was so massive with his broad shoulders. Haven't tried Leliana with a female dwarf although I do have a character made for it. I just haven't started that game yet. Made her a dwarf noble so I can freaking tell Gorim at least ONCE that I'm in love with someone. (Telling Gorim that I'm in love with the King of Ferelden doesn't trigger because of buggy coding. Telling him I'm in love with Leliana will trigger just fine as long as the romance is turned on before I see Gorim.)

For some reason the thought of your wide-eyed, psycho dwarf crawling all over Morrigan makes me chuckle.  Please tell me you have screenshots.
As far as fem dwarf x Leliana... it could be good... with the right dwarf.

I do. I will see if I can upload them again. Out of all the smut pictures I have, photobucket nuked the one with Morrigan stradling the dwarf even though they were fully clothed.

Edit: Well, clothed as you can get in vanilla sex.
