That's a really shallow reason to like someone. And what, exactly, do you feel is likeable about her if you're not interested in her sexually?
I think that post was meant to be j/k. Even so, I like her positive demeanor, a nice contrast to Morrigan, mixed with a bit of tragic past and regretfulness. She's a force of good in the world once you recruit her, hardened or no, and I can't but feel sympathy for whatever she had to endure when she was betrayed and imprisoned by Marjolaine.
There may be people who say that, given her past, you shouldn't feel any sympathy for her as she was a bard, a profession involving assassinations. It's a valid point of view, but I personally think that most of her jobs involved stealing documents or gathering information and killing was more the exception... at least that's how I understood it. She also makes it clear that she disliked killing people, and only enjoyed the "hunt", that is she enjoyed going after nobles (i'm thinking "the hunt" involves gathering as much intel about the target as possible and infiltrating their home using a cunning plan, Blackadder style).
As a final note, the people she went after were most likely nobles playing the so called "grand game", and I really don't feel any shred of sympathy for the nobility.
