What are the negative consequences of making the deal with that demon in Redcliff. It seems like no one knows that you did it but I have heard that Wynne attacks you if you get it so whats up?

Wasn't there just another thread on Blood Mage consequences? Besides, you can save, unlock the Blood Mage, then reload and choose a different option. Once it's unlocked you can use it any time on your profile in any save game and even on new characters. Personally I ran through Redcliffe as fast as possible immediately after Ostagar on Easy just to unlock, then loaded my save back up and went on with business in Lothering, but now with Blood Mage available at level 7.
